I travel a great deal with my work and I have a found a few hotels around the world that I look forward to staying at and this hotel chain is one of them. I arrived on the 12 May in the evening and was provided with a room that was a pleasure to return to each day. It was tastefully decorated wth a bathtub, shower, basic, etc with plenty of towels and other bathroom comforts. My room had a large size bed with pillows and more pillows. I had a fridge and a well stocked coffee and cookie station. My room overlooked a beautiful lush garden and my internet was strong and fast.... That evening i enjoyed a buffet dinner that had a large selection of food dishes for me (I am a vegetarian) and the staff were highly attentive to my dining needs. In the morning I was pleasantly surprised with another large selection of breakfast options and during my meal the General Manager ( a real gentleman) came and introduced himself to me and was genuinely interested in my experience at the hotel.... Unfortunately for me, I had left my lights on and my car would not start.... I went to see the general manager about the situation and he said "no problem' we are here to help... Now I have never been in a hotel where a GM rolls up his sleeves and pushes a car for a guest but I can assure you that this is the kind of man that the GM is....Although we could not get the ca"
