The staff are excellent and compensated for the state of the building. If you intend staying there in the next year, I'd suggest you find out first of all whether the building works have been completed. A new restaurant is due to open later in the year so all in all, the hotel is in a state of flux. This time we were assigned the ‘Kingfisher’ room which is nice, but the ‘Sparrow’ was much nicer.
