- "The WiFi was down so I had to use my own data. That was a major disappointment. " - "It was not gods from the arrival my name was not appearing on their system I had to wait for them to call the manager it was just a long wait. Then the rooms were full we had to be moved to another hotel and room was not good at all for a cluster phobic people, alcohol cap in the room, we had to go and request for tea, sugar, milk as there was nothing in the room. Towels for one person yet we are a couple. It was not a good stay for me unfortunately and also for a first time it was a very poor service for me."

This created an unnecessary and frustrating situation at the beginning of my stay. While the hotel itself may have been satisfactory, this experience significantly impacted my overall impression. It was disappointing to have to argue for a service that was already paid for."
