- "We were so impressed with our stay, we had the room with the private bath and it was really nice, especially the shower was super relaxing. The Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash all smelt really good. The beds were really comfortable and soft to sleep on. The smart lock technology on the doors made sleeping in a home with strangers feel more safe. The Laundry was a nice touch as well. The only thing I would request next time is a hand towel in the bathroom, we didn't have one so we had to use the towels that we had just finished using after a shower. Not a big deal at all but if I had to critique anything that’s all I would say. I would stay here again."

Other than that, there was things in the shower like shampoo and body wash, to use, and the bathroom was available, every time I needed it, so that was cool. Also, they had laundry on the same floor, which was awesome. Not to mention, the road cruise, in the area, as I was unfamiliar with, was fun to explore, being north of Toronto, not in the busy, gridlock of the actual city, of Toronto just north of it, was pleasant, and the grocery store, Farm Boy, was quite awesome, with lots of items there, that I've never seen before, and arrangements of foods. Just around the corner are a few paths for walking around, in a very nice, scenic area, park at the end of the street of residence, and an outside patio, at the entrance, in the backyard. Their Wi-Fi had good connection, I was able to play Mario Kart Deluxe 8, online, no problem. Also, there are Pokéstops nearby, including one accessible at the house of stay, as well, which is kind of cool; unless, of course, it annoys your girlfriend, in which case, not so cool. But, oh well, life...LOL Overall, a great stay!"

- "We were given instruction to clear the trash at a specific location, which requires several minutes drive to get there. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents reflects the management was not familiar with the local environment of this property. Other than that, most of the outlets in the master bedroom are not functional, maybe for decoration purpose? The other rooms are fine. Good thing is the house is clean and new."

It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
