Refused to compensate anything other than paying back for bug spray. I had cockroaches run across my bed multiple times. The grass grew to knee height. Had to complain multiple times. Two bedrooms, two queen beds, private bathroom and a half bath in a spacious upscale residential neighborhood. I focus on sustainability and recycling.

The space
The property is located in a lovely spacious, two story home in a quiet, upscale, friendly neighborhood. Relaxing backyard is like a paradise with covered and uncovered areas . Plenty of seating arrangements, outdoor bar, outdoor fire pit. It's lovely and relaxing. Bedrooms are located upstairs equipped with streaming Smart TVs, coffee maker, mini fridge. Iron and ironing board available. Mattresses are new. Linens and towels are new and upscale.
One bedroom has hardwood floors the second bedroom has new carpet. The private bath is spacious, newly remodeled and has dual sinks. With a half bath downstairs. I have a music room with a piano and a pool table game room.
I do live on property. This is a four bedroom house which two of the bedrooms I rent out to VRBO.
The house is pet and smoke free.
I have a small outdoor cat.
