Get to reception and the lady went on and on boasting about where she lives and running through reasons why we shouldnt buy a house in roma or mitchell. Omg. She talked so much that we had to remind her that she hadnt given us the room keys or told us what room we were in. Get to the room, very shabby. Had a shower, walked about barefooted in the room, floor felt greasy and went to get into bed to find my feet were filthy in the space of not even 5 minutes. The shower area had an unpleasant smell so we kept the window open. We left a day early and in fairness i have to say the receptionist tried to get us a refund but couldnt due to us booking online"
