- "Communication with proprietor was great prior to occupation date. However communication was poor once we were in the property. Shower on 1 st floor leaked. Couch in the property was broken. But the rooms were good. Accommodation was in a good location, close to train station and supermarket and town centre and met most requirements. Mouldy shower seals, only 4 mugs, 2 of them cracked, old saucepans, one saucepan and one frying pan still had food on them. No plug socket for bedside lamp, despite lamp being on bedside table. Bins overflowing which meant flies+++ The internet was good and the fridge freezer worked, however fridge/freezer is now taking up space in the kitchen so the kitchen table doesn't work as a kitchen table as not enough space. The shower up top worked. Main bathroom shower base cracked and mouldy. No garden chairs or table. No parking permit. Communication with the owner very poor. No legs on one of the sofas (different to picture) so very low down, bizarre...."

- "Dear All, the property is nice. However you have a few issues you need to address. Front door is cracked on inside in several places. Drawings on the only single chair. There is not enough seating area for a family to watch tele. The bed sofa is so uncomfortable. It is very uncomfortable watching tv as there are no arms on the sofa and the chair is so small and uncomfortable. You have no where to place a drink as there are no little coffee tables at all. The heating system was silly. The instructions were for another property. It was freezing the first night and then we worked out the boost. But could not switch it back off. Worked it out after an hour. Your hot and cold taps on the kitchen sink are the wrong way around. Bit confusing for the children. The toilet is to close to the bath downstairs for an adult to use comfortably. Your shower upstairs leaks from the right hand corner below the glass panel and floods the floor in upstairs shower room. Your roof is leaking in the front master bedroom when it rains heavily around the window on the left side as you look out at ceiling level. Carpets were not clean, stains and the house has a damp smell as you enter. The back gate latch has been fitted so it does not work and rattles all night. A parking permit was supposedly included but wasn’t pinned to the pin board as indicated. Communication with the owner was very bad. Slow at best, non existent at worst. We didn’t get our access information 24hours beforehand as promised, in fact it was after our arrival time and only once we had contacted Vrbo for a refund and help to find alternative accommodation. There was no response when we queried the parking permit. Nice place but way too stressful."

This unique property has a style all its own. With 3 bedrooms being able to sleep five people, this apartment is perfect for contractors working in the area or families who are looking for flexible sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor we have two bedrooms and a shower room, both bedrooms have zip and link beds. Put together they can make a super king size bed or seperated allows us to make to singles to maximise the number of guests that are able to stay.
Upstairs we have a large newly renovated, modernopen plan kitchen/living room with lovely views over the green space to the front of the property.
We also have our another bedroom, store cupboard with a fold out bed and extra bedding, superfast wifi and a smart tv. Everything you need to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
The property also comes with its own parking space for your car and there is plenty of extraon street parking if needed.
Rugby town centre is about a 10 min walk with an abundance of wonderful restaurants and bars, perfect for a great night out.

The flat was pre-loved thus it is not a “hotel-grade”.
The flat is fully furnished with an ensuite double bed, sofa, kitchen and lounge. The flat comfortably sleeps up to 2 people.

The flat is equipped with kitchen units, electric hob, electric oven, electric panel heaters, electric immersion water heater, carpetted in bedroom, laminated flooring in living room and tiled flooring in kitchen and bathroom.

A travel cot and a baby bottle warmer are available. Child(ren) is/are welcomed but the place is not baby/child proof.

Internet: Fibre broadband by BT with average download speed of 30Mbps. The Broadband is unlimited but subject to fair use policy.

However there is no TV to keep the cost down for Airbnb guests.

Parking: Hillmorton Road is a busy road. There is no allocated parking within the property. However, there are on-street parkings along the Hillmorton Road after the double yellow line towards No.18 Hillmorton Road and also along Horton Crescent but it is subject to availability.
There is also a paid parking runs by the Rugby Council and the nearest is on Little Church Street and this is also subject to availability.
