The master bedroom on the first floor features a king size bed and access to the family bathroom across a small landing. The Cottage is a detached building within a large garden, 1.1 miles down a country lane. It is gas centrally heated, with modern amenities and independent private parking for up to 2 vehicles. Situated off a quiet country lane, the location is close to Kenilworth and convenient for the N.E.C Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon or the Cotswolds. The M40, M6, or M42 are easily accessed and Birmingham, Coventry or Solihull are nearby.
Please note in high season holiday periods, 1st July to mid September, the cottage is only available for a 7 night minimum stay, preferably starting on a Saturday or Sunday.

This is a quaint cottage with incredible well designed with a large, recently renovated German kitchen with Siemens appliances. Lots of space so can can take time away from the group but lots of entertainment areas. Cosy front room with a log burning fire.
