Welcome to our Cottage ! The cottage has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family or business guests. The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds with en Suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the first floor features a king size bed and access to the family bathroom across a small landing. The Cottage is a detached building within a large garden, 1.1 miles down a country lane. It is gas centrally heated, with modern amenities and independent private parking for up to 2 vehicles. Situated off a quiet country lane, the location is close to Kenilworth and convenient for the N.E.C Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon or the Cotswolds. The M40, M6, or M42 are easily accessed and Birmingham, Coventry or Solihull are nearby.
Please note in high season holiday periods, 1st July to mid September, the cottage is only available for a 7 night minimum stay, preferably starting on a Saturday or Sunday.

Light and airy one bedroom barn conversion on a farm approximately one mile from Kenilworth town centre, great for couples and business travellers.
We are in the centre of Warwickshire and so not far from Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington, Warwick, Coventry and within easy reach from all the major motorways. Kenilworth has it's own train station and you can get to London in just over 1.5 hours
The space
Lovely airy one bedroom barn conversion located on a farm one mile from Kenilworth town centre. Perfect for relaxing weekend or weekly business guests.
The Cow Shed has a kitchen diner / living room with sofa, dining table and chairs and TV. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and all the essential cooking equipment.
The bedroom has a lovely comfy king size bed, chest or drawers, hooks for hanging and an ensuite shower room.

Three bedroom cottage (sleeps 4) with amazing views over the Warwickshire countryside. Within walking distance to Kenilworth Castle and local pubs and only a short drive into Kenilworth town centre.
We have a large garden with views of Kenilworth Castle. There are two patios and plenty of grass for children to play on. There is also enough parking for 3 cars.
We have free WIFI and although this isn't superfast it is enough to watch TV or make a video call for work.
The space
Chase Lodge is a 3 bedroom detached bungalow with amazing views over the Warwickshire countryside and close to Kenilworth Castle.
There is a lovely spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite shower room. There are two additional single bedrooms which share a family shower room.
The remaining living space comprises a large living room with patio doors to the garden and a kitchen / diner. All the living accommodation is located on a single level.
For families with young children we have a highchair, travel cot and baby bath available. The garden is gated onto the road keeping it safe for little ones.
There is a large garden with two patio areas looking across the fields to Kenilworth Castle and a large lawn area. There is also plenty of parking
The fixtures and fittings in Chase Lodge are of a high standard and there are many items included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This beautiful grade II cottage (circa 1800) is located in the heart of Kenilworth's old town and is a stones throw away from the historic Kenilworth castle. The cottage is in the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful rural walks & take advantage of the great selection of pubs and restaurants which are right on your door step (see photos). The cottage is perfectly located to explore surrounding areas Warwick university 2 miles, Stratford 13 miles , Birmingham NEC 9 miles
The space
This is a quaint cottage with incredible well designed with a large, recently renovated German kitchen with Siemens appliances. Lots of space so can can take time away from the group but lots of entertainment areas. Cosy front room with a log burning fire. The 3rd bedroom is one plan and the master bedroom is accessed via that space but airbnb doesn’t allow us to update the room correctly.
