- "Rosary Cottage couldn’t be more convenient for a cosy base from which to explore the Cotswolds. The owner Paul was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries, and the quirks of the cottage (sloping floors, tricky stairs and low ceilings) only added to its charm. " - "Rosary Cottage is absolute perfection. Charming, historic property that retains its architectural integrity. Ideally situated in the heart of lovely Chipping Campden, which thoroughly beguiled us. I wish we had simply spent our entire Cotswold leg of our UK visit at The Rosary. We regretted leaving it. Wonderful bakery just below the cottage, and an outstanding food shop, Fillet & Bone, with superb local produce and absolutely delectable meats and fish, which we relished preparing and eating in the cottage. I feel certain The Rosary will become our Cotswolds home base going forward. Paul, the owner proved very communicative and always responsive. Really cannot say enough about our experience. Staying in The Rosary was a high point of our 17-day UK trip."

Imagine a scene of tumbling hills, patchwork countryside and bluebell woods. Nestled in that landscape is a town full of honey-coloured architectural gems, authentic pubs and great shops. Here you'll find the Old Studio. It's the perfect accommodation for a relaxing couples retreat, an ideal family-friendly base for touring all the nearby sights or a cosy meeting point for old friends.
The Old Studio is a beautiful Cotswold stone detached cottage with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Owned by an artistic couple, the property underwent an extensive renovation in 2021.
The aim was to create a holiday cottage that felt more like a luxury boutique hotel. Particular attention has been paid to the quality of the beds (Vi-sprung), upholstery (George Smith), and shower (Fired Earth). The interior is light and airy, and good-quality, natural materials have been used throughout.
From the front door, you walk into a light-filled, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped with plentiful cutlery, crockery, and glassware. There's a lovely shower room downstairs with a spacious cubicle and a good-quality powerful shower. There's also a small utility room with a washing machine.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, a small family bathroom and a study area on the landing. The rooms are furnished with Vi-sprung beds and have wooden Venetian blinds at the windows.
Please be aware that, like most Cotswold cottages, the bedrooms have been built into the eaves of the building and have restricted head height in some areas.
Large French doors in the living room open out to a sunny paved dining area with a dining table and four chairs. Outdoor seating is also available for guests' exclusive use in the shared garden. Secure off-road parking for one car and free road parking are available.
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome. However, they must not be left alone in the property or allowed to climb onto the furniture.
Helen and Michael live at the other end of the garden. They aim to strike a happy balance between being available to give advice and assistance when needed, while also giving guests plenty of privacy to enjoy a relaxing holiday
The setting is in a secluded part of Chipping Campden, away from the hustle and bustle of the High Street but within a few minutes walk of all its' amenities. The town is well provided for with many restaurants, cafes, pubs and a good selection of local shops including excellent delis and a couple of small supermarkets. We also enjoy a wide variety of galleries and buildings of historical importance. Campden is a well-located town within an easy drive of Cheltenham, Bath, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Oxford. It's in the heart of the English Cotswolds, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Helen and Michael hope you have a fantastic stay in the Cotswolds! There's plenty to do, and they're available to advise you if you need help.
If you have a passion for art and creativity, you'll find inspiration in visiting Helen's studio next to the cottage. You can explore a variety of her work and engage in conversation with her about her artistic process. You might find yourself motivated to participate in one of her creative workshops. Send a message if you'd like to know more.

As kids, we joyfully wield crayons, drawing whatever sparks our imagination. This joy of creativity is a powerful force that can continue to inspire us as we grow up. However, as we navigate the complexities of adulthood, this joy can sometimes fade, we become acutely self-conscious, and our art can become more about technical exercises rather than expressing ourselves.
Rediscover the joy of self-expression through art. Join artist Helen Bainbridge for a series of gentle and thought-provoking exercises to enhance your artistic skills and jump-start your journey of creative growth.
- "Wonderful owners, clean and cozy with lots of charm. The family loved their stay here. A great base to explore the Cotswalds as well as walk out the door into a beautiful quaint town. Highly recommend." - "We had a lovely week in Chipping Campden. The property was lovely and the hosts inviting and helpful. We can’t wait to return!" - "We loved our stay in Chipping Campden. The cottage was so cute and convenient to town. We walked to dinner every night and could gather a couple of groceries from the market for the evening/morning. Helen was so sweet and helpful. She was always a short walk away and responded promptly to any question we had. It was a nice surprise to find fresh chocolate croissants left for us for our first morning. We would not hesitate to stay here next time we are in the Cotswolds."

The Annexe ….has it’s own signature style. Experience simple luxury in a relaxed atmosphere - English with French Moroccan influence.
Nestling at the edge of a beautiful open field in the heart of
Chipping Campden. A babbling brook outside your window, great bed, fabulous shower and cosy kitchen/diner to cook up a storm if you’re having a night ‘at home’. Walking distance to the High Street if you’re not…… with plenty of great bars and restaurants to drink and dine. A spiral staircase winds it's way up to the main bedroom and bathroom. Savour some al fresco dining under the wisteria arbour in Summer, play pooh sticks in the brook, snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy the view on a frosty morning. The Annexe has it all: wellies, sunhats, umbrellas, hot chocolate, lemonade, books, music.
A perfect cottage for two providing a romantic place to kick back and relax (talking/reading/chilling) or to explore (walking, the races, Campden literary festival, music festival). Interested in craft - join a two day hat making workshop @ louisepocock.com or flower workshops @ academyofflowers.com - both located on the High Street. More than a holiday let, a home from home you won’t want to leave.
Come and stay with us. We’d love to meet you.

- "Pump Cottage is just the most gorgeous place to stay in England. Set in the charming village of Ebrington, a stone's throw from the Ebrington Arms, and decked out with all the lovely little comforts you'd want - on either a cold winter's day or a hot summer's evening. My partner and I had a (surprise (to her)) engagement here and Selina (the owner of Pump Cottage) was absolutely brilliant in helping me to organise it - going way above and beyond. We arrived to the garden decorated with flowers, champagne, strawberries, balloons and she'd even organised the sun to be shining! Cannot overstate how amazing our stay was. 11/10 and we'll be coming back for sure."

We have lovingly assembled dramatic, full-sized, textured murals, carefully-chosen soft furnishings, and custom wall art to create a contemporary home-from-home feeling that at once invites our guests to explore the whimsical and mysterious connections with Arthur Conan Doyle’s late Victorian England. Reimagine his iconic consulting detective on a new, yet familiar case in the unspoiled beauty of our quiet Cotswolds village. The cottage theme begins in the cosy living room, where a tropical wall mural sets the tone for our botanist's retreat, complete with study desk and period microscope. Across the hall is a modern kitchen-dining area complete with solid oak kitchen chairs and sheepskin throws. Upstairs, we offer two beautiful bedrooms: a luxurious main bedroom with queen-sized bed, twin closets and ensuite shower room; and a twin bedroom with two single beds with a playful jungle theme.
Merripit Cottage is nestled at the end of a private drive on the very edge of tranquil Broad Campden, with a beautiful view across the bucolic Gloucestershire countryside. We are only 15 minutes on foot from the famous market town of Chipping Campden, renowned across England for its uniquely preserved terraced high street, as well as its many local pubs and restaurants.
