There is also some noise from the street below and heavy traffic during morning rush hour. For city folks, it was nothing remarkable. Whlle we did not use it, there is a playscape in the backyard. There is free, off-street parking as well. Downtown Worcester is a short, direct drive just down the street. There were dining, entertainment, and services options minutes away and nearby access to the interstate highway. The property checked all the boxes for us."

Lake Lashaway is a full recreational lake, ideal for boating, fishing, and water sports. There's a public boat ramp on the lake, making it easy to bring your own watercraft. The lake is known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

This pond offers good fishing for a variety of warm water fish species. The largemouth bass and chain pickerel are both numerous, with many fish of good size. Panfish are very abundant, and good-sized bullheads, yellow perch and white perch were common in the survey. The pickerel population makes this a good bet for ice fishing. Although the lake has not been stocked with northern pike since 1993, due to the longevity of these fish, the possibility of catching a trophy here will remain for many years to come.

Located in E. Brookfield, our home is conveniently situated on Route 9, offering quick access to local restaurants, shops, and major routes like the Mass Pike. You can easily explore nearby attractions such as the Brimfield Flea Market, local orchards, golf courses, and Old Sturbridge Village. Newly renovated home with some old-world charm; lovely front porch with seating leads to a bright, wonderful glass entry foyer that welcomes you to this classic feel with a modern touch. This unit has smart locks for easy access, Central heating & cooling, wifi throughout, big-screen TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, a bright bathroom, and Plenty of space to move around freely. This centrally located unit is less than a mile away from Downtown, Polar Park, and all the city has to offer.

This property is equipped with cameras for security purposes. Cameras are in the common hallway (outside the APT) and the exterior of the building.

NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE APARTMENT.

There is a total of 5 cameras. Two are located at the building entrance, one in the front and one in the back entrance. The other is located on common area stairs of the building, one on the 1st floor. There is also one in the backyard right above the basement door pointing to the yard. Cameras are on and recording 24/7 during your reservation.

- "We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). Due to the warmth outside, the inside of the property left us sweating and extremely uncomfortable as the thermostat was left on heat and we could not change it as it was locked. Thankfully it was our last night and the previous days were so cold that it never became uncomfortable. Also, the upstairs occupants did not sleep at night the entire time we were there so we heard stomping at all hours. We ended up purchasing a fan to sleep with to help drown out the noise. Other than those two small issues, the property was perfect and had everything you could think of. Will stay here again if I find myself in the area."
