- "My husband and I took a family trip to Wineport with our parents, and stayed overnight. We booked three rooms, all of which had working fireplaces. The property is situated on the river in a quiet and secluded part of town with no other hotels nearby; there was a complete sense of privacy. Our stay at Wineport was memorable in more ways than expected. Although it was a rainy day, we were able to hang out at the lobby/ study area, watch the nature and take sips of various Turkish red wines. General Manager Hayri wasn't only informative, but also very professional, friendly, and always there to assist us with any of our needs. Hayri and his staff set up a dinner table for our large party by the fireplace in the dining area. The fire was crackling, the wine was plenty, the food was delicious, the attentiveness of staff was exemplary. This was followed by live music at the lobby until midnight. Wineport has live music Tuesday through Sunday every week. Guests were encouraged to sing and dance. I do not know if I ever felt more welcome in an establishment as I felt during our stay. Our entire party parted with one regret; we all agreed we should have stayed a few more nights. The serene surroundings, the loving and caring customer service received from staff and Hayri, the variety of wines available, the list goes on and on, and on... We look forward to our next, much longer stay at this amazing lodge. Thank you everyone, who has made our stay special. "

- "Thanks for everything " - "Booked this hotel at the last minute so wasn't quite sure what to expect. First of all a young man attended to us. He does not have the manners to be meeting and greeting clients. He showed us to our room in which we got no key. We then asked for one and it was given to only have the lock not working. They then fixed it and the key broke in the lock. We didnt get another after that. We were able to lock from the inside but not the outside. The room needs to be better maintained. Mattress was very dirty under the sheet that was put on the bed. We asked for more bed clothes and received a duvet with no cover. Sorry but i dont know who else has used that duvet. Handles all rusty going into the bathroom with no door on the closet. Bath tub needs to be fixed and the water is dirty. The room had a lot of bugs and it seemed that the rooms opposite us had no one staying in them and the doors were left open so maybe thats why bugs get in. The blinds on the doors are filthy. Wouldn't go back again. The whole place just lacks attention and care. It has such great potential but not being maintained is a big no for me. "
