Unfortunately, we had to make a last minute change to our itinerary. Although our reservation was non-refundable/non-changeable, they were kind enough to accommodate my change! The only catch was i had to stay at Laudinella, which is under construction, so no amenities on the premises. With the being said, it's a quick walk right across the street.... however... i had no desire to walk across the street (in the snow) to use the hot tub, so we missed out on that. We did try to have drinks at the bar, but it was closed for a few hours for a private event. Again, another bummer. This was only a layover where we were catching the Glacier Express, but besides skiing, I'm not sure what else there is to do in the area? They do have a shuttle to/ from the train station, which we didn't know, so we ended up paying (27CFS) for a cab. Breakfast was great!!!"

Our kids hung out in the 6th floor's Hot Tub (Same Views) while we snacked at the bar. There is also a small fitness room and a Spa (My wife had a wonderful massage) on the 6th Fl. The first floor has a lounge area you can relax in as well as an enclosed room for smoking Cigars (The smoke is vented directly outside and can't be smelled in the lounge area). There happens to be a Davidoff next door to Monopol! The main resteraunt is open for Buffet breakfast (Excellent food and excellent service) as well as for Dinner (Also, excellent food and service). There is also a Kids place on the 1st floor with games for the kids. I drove in from Milan and had some issues with my rental car and the staff went above and beyond arranging the fix while I ski'd. Awesome!! "

- "I love to stay ,is beautiful and cozy ." - "It was a surprise stay for us, we did not expect heated pool with spa which we didn't our gears. Overall very comfort & clean stay. A bit far fm the train station." - "We were there for an overnight in St Moritz. We had booked the b and b through a third party app. The room and common area was very clean and well appointed. The only issue we encountered was the arrival process. It was a late arrival and we were not aware the building would not be staffed. We called the emergency number to gain access which involved a key code at the front door security box. We were told we received an email with instructions but there was no email in the inbox. The problem was that, in crossing the border from Italy, cellular service was lost and did not reconnect so the email had not been delivered. If booking, be sure to indicate you will have late arrival (after 6 pm) so that the service can send all instructions in advance. The bar was not staffed and there was no dinner service in the restaurant (but there is a lovely breakfast). There also are self-service snacks and drinks at the bar, mini-bar style. "
