We arrived and noticed the hot tub was not working and the problem was immediately taken care of, just a phone call & resetting the breaker. We experienced a Winter Wonderland all week as it snowed everyday. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and it was very nice to have the “essentials” already available for guests. Things like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more. However, there are a couple of things that can be improved which does not effect your stay but would be nice to have. Such as a larger trash can for the kitchen (currently the size of a small bathroom trash can) and a couple of pot holders for the oven.Overall we had an awesome time staying at an amazing home. Thank you!!!"

Welcome to our cabin!
This 2 bedroom , 1 bath cabin is located about 3 miles from Fraser so you will be close to everything you need and close to all the activities the Fraser Valley has to offer. The cabin sits on 4 acres. You can see the neighbors but it is still somewhat private.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed . The cabin is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, propane grill, outdoor private hot tub, washer and dryer and plenty of deck space and parking. Enjoy the working fireplace while you play games, cook dinner or read books. The cabin is equipped with a 42' flat screen TV and HD/DVR Satellite. There is currently no WiFi at the cabin. A cell phone Hot Spot works well. Park your car in the garage ( one car can park inside). All linens are provided.
We live 5 miles down the road so if you need anything we are here to help.

The 2 king and 4 queen bedrooms have internal private baths and closets (except for one queen upstairs that has its own dedicated bathroom in the hall). 3 bathrooms have a tub and a shower and 4 have shower stalls. Each bedroom has its own balcony or a separate exit at ground level. The 'Wild West owner's suite' is four rooms -- one office with a computer, one sitting room with a private fireplace, a sleeping area and a private 5-piece bath with a steam shower. The basement was remodeled in a 'mining' theme. It has four twin-sized beds in a bunk room. Also in the basement is a media room equipped with a big screen TV and two daybeds for TV watching or using the Wii. A 3/4 bath serves bunk room and media room sleepers. The king bedroom on the first floor is accessible to wheelchairs, but help to use the shower or tub would be needed. Two complete sets of washers and driers keep the vacation laundry moving.
The Winter Park area has lots to do. In the winter, ski at Winter Park and Mary Jane, or snowmobile and cross country ski. Great fishing and almost limitless world-class mountain biking is available in the summer. We have a gas grill, a two-car garage, a spa, and seven acres your kids can roam around on. Our kids like to set up bike jumps in the summer and bobsled courses in the winter. Within 45 minutes are Lake Granby for waterskiing or sailing, and Grand Lake with its water sports and classic boardwalk. For such a small town, the Winter Park area has casual and fine dining, and the 5-star spa at Devil's Thumb Ranch is just a short drive away. Come play, dine and reconnect.

- "We were well pleased upon arrival as the house was in a very nice neighborhood in Tabernash just under 15 minutes from Winterpark. The home itself was even better than depicted in the online pictures. It was beautiful, well maintained very large and roomy and had multiple relax areas. One of our favorite rooms was a private living area offset from kitchen great room. The owners had a Christmas tree set up there, large sectional sofa, wood stove fireplace, etc. We enjoyed a very special Christmas morning in that room as well as tv and game nights. We also enjoyed the sunroom with fireplace in the great area off the kitchen. There are picturesque views from every direction of the house especially out back. A lot of the family enjoyed the hot tub after skiing and enjoyed many meals at the large dining table. The full, well equipped kitchen had tons of counter space and there were so many extra supplies too many to name. It has five bedrooms with two of them being master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, four full bathrooms total....plenty of room for a large group. We were all adults, but they had the cutest little extra sleep room off one of the jack and jill rooms. I can see two families with kids really enjoying this space. Another added bonus was the heated two car garage....so convenient in loading/unloading car. Everything was great and I could continue, the main thing is it felt like home and we all loved it! The host was very accommodating with all our questions/concerns."

Our Lovely Community
In the summer, you can take advantage of the stocked fishing pond, which allows boats and SUPs, the playground, and a basketball court. Our neighborhood is made up primarily of locals, and some second homeowners, all of who care deeply for our community. The best way for you to show your appreciation for our community is to respect the rules, including quiet hours, which run from 10pm to 7am, not swimming in the fishing pond, and making sure that cars are parked in the garage or driveway.

Built in 1967, Lazy RB Ranch is located on 90 secluded acres. It is a classic Mid Century luxury home designed by Charles Sink, a well know Modernist. WiFi equipped.
The Master Bedroom has a king-bed & wood-burning fireplace. It has a full bathroom with separate shower & tub, 2 sinks, & dressing room. The Guest Room has two twin beds and its own full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and the 4th bedroom has a king-bed, (and a sleeper sofa). The 3rd & 4th bedrooms share a full bath. The design is ideal for 2-family rentals; two bedrooms are at one end of the great room, and two are at the other.
The great room is an astonishing 38' x 19', with a 17' ceiling. It has a 6' x 3' raised wood-burning fireplace set in moss-rock granite, with a solid granite hearth. The west wall has a 65' HD TV with blue-tooth connectable sound-bar, 120 channels of programming, and a Blu-Ray player. There is also a stereo system with an i-phone/mp3 jack. The south wall is all-windows, so the view is ...well, you will be impressed.
The kitchen is large, with over & under ovens, electric 4-burner cook top, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, & dishwasher. The connected breakfast area easily seats 8 and has a wood-burning fireplace. The dining table (in Great Room) seats 10. There is a pass-through counter/bar between the kitchen & dining area.
A washer and dryer are available next to the kitchen.
In the basement you will find a 3/4 bath, 2 extra beds, ping-pong table, foosball table, boar bristle dart board & game area.
The back patio is 37' x 17', with nice furniture and a gas grill. It is often usable during the winter, as it is sheltered on three sides, and has direct south exposure.
A two car garage is available for renters.

Beautiful mountain home with panoramic mountain views, located on 5 private acres. Home sleeps 14 and features 5 bedrooms and 3 newly renovated baths, along with a recently remodeled kitchen with granite counters and a magnificent wood-burning fireplace. Relax in the hot tub under the stars after a day of skiing or hiking. Park and store your gear in the 4-car garage. Our retreat is only two miles from downtown Fraser and 12 minutes to Winter Park ski area.
Our home offers a perfect setup for family reunions or vacations with multiple families. The home was professionally styled by Sunny Circle Studio and offers new, modern furnishings throughout.
FIRST FLOOR
You'll enter the home through the large, open-plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, teakettle, and crock pot.
There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The counter island seats four, and the dining table seats 12. There's also a lounge seating area and wood-burning fire place in the kitchen.
This floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, and a full-size washer and dryer.
SECOND FLOOR
The upstairs has a spacious family room with numerous areas for your group to hang out. A large leather sectional faces a flat-screen smart TV. Four lounge chairs are nestled around the wood-burning fireplace. There's a selection of games and a table ready for a round of checkers or a puzzle.

It is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures...bedrooms on three separate floors and plenty of room to spread out with living rooms on the basement and main floor levels. Nice hot tub downstairs, and a great deck off the back of the first floor tha had a large bbq, a gas fireplace, overhead radiant heating and a large dining table. This condo is good for a visit any season whether you're in the area for skiing, hiking, climbing, or just to enjoy being in the mountains for a getaway. 10/10 would book again!"

A nearby communal playground is located next to a local pond, where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing or paddle boarding. The Fraser to Granby trail passes by the property at the end of the street, which is a great trail for biking or cross-country skiing or snow shoeing during the winter. Snow Mountain Ranch is close by and offers many activities. Make a tee time and/or have lunch at Pole Creek Golf Club, located minutes away. The 27-hole public course is filled with wildflowers and challenging shots across 2 ponds and 5 lakes, you might even see a moose! Drive through Rocky Mountain National Park, check out the shops, restaurants and breweries in Winter Park & Fraser, rent a boat or have a beach day on Lake Granby. Don’t forget to book your reservation at the Tabernash Tavern that is walking distance from the house. You can also have a charcuterie board delivered to the house from South and West Provisions. So many things to enjoy during your mountain getaway!
There are three private bedrooms, two with king beds and the third has a queen bed & a crib. There is also a finished basement with queen over queen bunk beds, a large L shaped couch, full bathroom, shuffle board table, air hockey table and TV. Everyone will be comfortable and happy to have their own space to retreat to at the end of an active day. One of the king rooms also has a TV (DVD's in drawers). There is a very comfortable blow up sleeper mattress for additional sleeping space.
Because nothing about traveling with kids is easy...we want to help with that-the home is equipped with kids plates and utensils, high chair, Keekaroo changing pad, potty training toilet, extra crib mattress that can put anywhere in the home, single BOB stroller, bouncer, bath toys, books, infant & toddler toys and a tummy time mat.
This home has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 and cannot be used for any type of special events where more than 10 would be present at any time. There is a one car garage and space for two cars to park back to back in front of the garage door.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to Tabernash! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We cannot accommodate weather-related refunds, please plan accordingly.

It is a 13-minute drive to Winter Park or Granby Ranch ski resorts, and 40 minutes to Grand Lake and the West Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.
Play golf at a number of courses including Pole Creek which is just minutes away. Fly fish the beautiful Fraser River or headwaters of the Colorado River, or the open waters of Lake Granby. Hike or bike on one of many nearby trails or down the slopes at Trestle Bike Park. Enjoy world class cross country skiing and snowshoeing at Devil's Thumb Ranch and Snow Mountain Ranch, or the thrill of snow tubing at Fraser's Tubing Hills. A deposit of 50% of the total cost (including tax, and cleaning fee) is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Once the two-week point is reached, the deposit is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If we rebook the property, a pro-rated refund will be calculated for each day we are able to rebook the property, less a $35 cancellation fee. Trip insurance is highly recommended for unforeseen problems leading to a cancellation.

While we didn't necessarily need the 3 bedrooms, the house was the perfect fit. One thing we didnt realize until our 3rd day is the vents were closed and we got really cold in the bedrooms. Once we discovered that we were fine. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again. The house is brand new and we got a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath for the price of a studio at the base of the mountain. If you have a car and don't mind a short drive, you should definitely stay here and try the Tabernash Tavern! Very unassuming but will shock you. Oh and it's 2 mins from the house. "

Upon entering our home, you'll immediately be greeted by the modern, sleek design and stunning view out on the horizon! Entertain the entire family with a fully stocked kitchen, an open concept kitchen/dining and ample seating. Sit in the loungers off the kitchen to enjoy the fireplace or get swept away with the serene landscape. The lofted living room has a large screen tv where you'll be able to stream your favorite apps and Classic Arcade System! Relax after a fun day skiing or hiking.
A smart layout features 2 bedrooms on the main level, including the Master bedroom with an ensuite bath and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Keep up with your health routines with our gym equipment located in the garage (and yes the garage is heated)!
Outside:
The wrap around balcony is like no other! Lounger style seating make taking in the morning or evening views tranquil. Take full advantage of your own private hot tub that will have you looking up and out at the stars (truly a sight to behold in Colorado). A children's playground is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk, helping keep the young ones happy!
When not at home, you're a quick drive to skiing, hiking, golfing and more! There is SO much outdoor activities that surround us, a 2 week getaway wouldn't put a dent in all there is to do!

We are a pet friendly rental. We charge a $200 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, cats or a multiple month stay.

Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

- "This was indeed a modern mountain retreat with a scenic view. We booked this for a long weekend on very short notice after some previous travel plans were disrupted. We were excited to be able to bring our dog and have a spacious home to ourselves. All the bedrooms have their own full baths and were well kept. The property manager was extremely responsive to any questions or requests. Access to Grand Lake, Winter Park and RMNP was a huge plus as well as the small lake with a walking path right across the street. Even little things like the cleanliness of the grill was a pleasant surprise. This place is great for a large family which will not disappoint."

The newly built property provides contemporary amenities and features a unique blend of funky and industrial chic interior design. This two-story home boasts 2100 square feet of living area and includes three full bathrooms.
The ground floor features an entry level with a spacious mudroom area, complete with bench seating, tiled flooring and ample storage space for outdoor gear, coats, boots and shoes. Additionally, the den and TV room boasts hardwood flooring, games, a flat screen TV, a wet bar area and two bedrooms that share a large bathroom. One bedroom is designed with kids in mind, offering a bunk bed and a double bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed.
The second level features high vaulted ceilings and an open layout with hardwood floors, numerous windows offering stunning views of the mountain sunsets, and a spacious deck with a BBQ grill for outdoor dining and relaxation in the fresh mountain air in the private outdoor hot tub.
Within the living area, numerous areas are available to relish the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, while also being in proximity to the bustling gourmet kitchen during meal preparation or for a quick snack. The breakfast bar accommodates up to 4 individuals, with extra seating for 6 at the spacious dining table.
The corridor features a powder room, a laundry area and a door leading to the spacious backyard, perfect for soaking in the neighborhood ambiance.
The master bedroom features a king bed, new carpeting and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a tiled shower with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom with shower only.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
