- "Great place to stay. Fantastic service and a lovely beach" - "The location of Club Maeva was perfect. One short walk on the pedestrian bridge brought us to the gorgeous pool area with two pools--one for little kids and one for adults. A paved path led from the pools to the Gulf beaches, complete with grass-hut style cabanas with wooden chairs. There was a convenient shower area so that the sand stayed on the beach, and wasn't dragged up into the pool side. We were disappointed that the rooms did not have coffee/tea makers, microwaves or fridges, but the housekeeping staff was outstanding in keeping up with the towel supplies, etc. The front desk clerk called cabs for us and even found out where to get covid tests for USA visitors. The dining room had a good supply of fruit and other breakfast items. The coffee, however, was of low quality compared to the other food items. The experience of being that close to the Gulf beaches was fantastic. We hope to return in the future."
