It does state there is laundry, but they mean there is a laundry mat in town, no washer and dryer in the townhouse. The worst was that the basement which has 2 bedrooms smelled musty. We noticed that the shower curtain had some issues and we called them and they replaced the curtain right away. They were very nice and responsive and fixed a smoke detector too. Some other small issues were not fixed during our stay. - "Wish we had more time there, it was such a cute room and lots to do in the area, food, shopping, parks, fire pit. My youngest child used the couch with bedding, not with the pull out, as the pull out was not very comfortable, but just the couch worked fine. We were able to use the pool at the adjeacent hotels which was great. It is in town, but the locations was great being next to the hotel with pool, and able to walk about 10 minutes to the grocery store. The staff were great and very responsive."
