- "Wish we had more time there, it was such a cute room and lots to do in the area, food, shopping, parks, fire pit. Will definitely come back" - "Our family of 5, with children ages 8, 11 and 13, and 2 adults, stayed 3 nights in these cabins in August 2019. They were quiet, and clean. My youngest child used the couch with bedding, not with the pull out, as the pull out was not very comfortable, but just the couch worked fine. We were able to use the pool at the adjeacent hotels which was great. It is in town, but the locations was great being next to the hotel with pool, and able to walk about 10 minutes to the grocery store. The staff were great and very responsive."

- "A lot of ppl complain about this hotel because it doesn’t have a TV or internet service. Are you kidding me right now??!! You have Old Faithful and miles of hiking right outside your hotel, don’t sit there and watch TV, get out and breathe the air and move! We just opened the window (no AC) cool breeze and fresh air! Remember, this is a hotel built in 1908, rich in American history, it’s not a luxury hotel, think of the expense as a donation to the Parks Service if that makes you feel better. I do believe that they made this hotel hold so many guests that the staff have a hard time just keeping up with the day to day basic needs of everyone/maintenance so you don’t get that warm and fuzzy feeling. I think they are busting butt just to keep up so not a lot of “extra” attention can be given by staff. But it was still a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful, iconic hotel."

We made it a point to arrive at opening time for breakfast, but were told there would be a wait. Over half the tables in the dining room were still available. Upon my registering my complaint, I was told that several employees had called in to take the day off. I couldn't believe there weren't stand-by employees to fill these slots. After a 20 minute wait and still no table, my sister and I left, hungry. Disappointed at what boils down to poor service at the dining hall. Finally, I'll repeat, that the lodging itself, the cabins, the staff all made for an overall enjoyable visit. Thank you."
