La Belle Villa has been awarded a 5 star rating with the N.I. Tourist Board. It is a brand-new building, built to modern standards and sits in the foothills of the Mourne Mountains in Rostrevor. There are 2 double beds in bedroom 1 and a brand new large sofa bed in the sitting room, making it a second bedroom if required. It can accommodate 6 people. There is ample private parking space immediately adjacent to the villa and above all, total privacy is guaranteed.
Rostrevor, " The Riviera of the North" is famous for its social life, with its excellent selection of restaurants and bars. It is also popular with tourists because of its culture and history. We have the Narnia Trail, the Cloughmore Stone and are at the foothill of the Mourne mountains. Rostrevor is also the home of General Ross, who invaded the USA in 1814 - the only time in U.S. history that Washington, D.C. has been occupied by a foreign force.

We are at the end of a fully mature driveway and the villa is completely self sufficient as well as being totally secluded and private. The villa is south - facing and outside, has a private suntrap area partially surrounded by dense shrubbery at its side.

John was a lovely friendly guy. The place was spotlessly clean. We loved the decor in all the rooms. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was the best. There were lovely shampoo and body wash and even a box of tissues! The views were amazing. A lovely walk into Rostrevor where the Fiddlers Green Festival was happening 💚 The Rostrevor Inn is our favourite. At the house we seen the fox that comes everyday to be fed! We highly recommend!"

This 3 bed, 3 bath apartment boasts the best views of Carlingford Bay. It's located on the 2nd floor with a further internal flight of stairs to the family room.

It occupies the top 2 floors of a beautiful 4 storey Victorian lovingly renovated town-house.

The open plan lounge, dinning, kitchen are flooded with light and it's so close to the beach it feels like you're on the water. The master bedroom has a great little en suite. The twin room has a large bathroom next door to it, The twin beds can be locked together to create a king bed. Upstairs there's a 1/2 bathroom and spacious bedroom with 3 single beds and a day bed. The Cottage dates back to the 1700's and was originally a tavern for the labourers to live in. The house belonged originally to the Kilbroney estate. The Cottage has been modernised and updated to provide a spacious but cosy luxurious living space to relax and chill. It has 4 double bedrooms including a family bedroom, 3 bathrooms with all mod cons and is situated in the centre of the Village close to the Fairy Glen in an area of outstanding beauty. Guest access
The property has 3 double bedrooms one with a king size bed and 2 rooms with double beds. In addition there is a 4th bedroom which is a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds that sleeps up to 4 people. In total the property sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.

It is vital when guests book the property they clearly state how many guests are staying to facilitate bed linen, towels etc. The house includes the following:
Two reception rooms;
3 bathrooms;
Kitchen dinning areas;
Utility room with washer/dryer
Gardens front and rear.
Other things to note
House rules. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the Cottage. Expectation is that the Cottage is left in good order. There is no requirement for guests to strip bedding. Communication and transparency is very important to me so any difficulties that arise please let me know so we can sort out at an early stage. Honesty when booking is expected in terms of the number of guests staying. Bedrooms not booked will not be accessible. Strictly no parties, stag or hen events allowed or use of candles at the property.
Refuge bins are kept out side the rear of the property. Blue bin for cardboard plastic containers and tins. General refuge goes into the black bins and food and garden waste in the Brown bin. Refuge collection is every Friday. Always secure windows and doors prior to leaving the Cottage. Wifi code is in the app for guests convenience. There is externally remote lighting in the rear garden operated via a remote control kept on the glass cabinet in the rear reception room. There is a downstairs utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for guests use. Please remove any foods from fridge or freezer prior to leaving.
There are two wood burning stoves in the property these are available to use in winter time (logs provided) please use kiln dried wood for burning only should you wish to buy additional logs. Any other fuels will damage the stoves. There is under floor heating in the large rear reception area, utility and downstairs shower room. This is operated via the thermostat on the rear reception room wall. The main house heating system is operated from the front reception room time clock. 1 is ground floor zone and 2 upstairs zone. You can press these once for 1 hour twice for 2 hours and thrice for 3 hours this will ensure guests are warm the temperature can be controlled by the separate thermostat below the time clock in the front reception room and in the rear upstairs bedroom for upstairs.

Paul was amazing pre stay answering a load of questions many unrelated to his house ! This allowed us to plan the whole week in Rostrevor for everyone. We stayed in the house with three other couples and our teenage daughter. The house was beautiful both in location and content. It is finished to a high spec throughout and with three excellent bathrooms the usual tensions (we rent houses a lot!!) sharing ablutions were nil. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. This is an idyllic brand new apartment with easy access to Carlingford Lough right on your doorstep with views of the Mourne and Cooley mountains and 1 minute walk takes you into Warrenpoint Town centre with all it's pubs and restaurants. No need for taxis after a night out. You are 1 hour from Belfast to the North or Dublin to the South. Also Game of Thrones Tour in Banbridge close by. We have Kilbroney Park with all it's lovely walks a 10 minute drive or Newcastle which is 30 mins drive where you can climb Slieve Donard.
