We are located across the street from our other Stay Properties. Just steps to a dip in the lake or a cocktail on the patio of a local establishment.

Once you arrive at Stay Suites and look at the building you will see a white door at the base of the steps. It will have a sign that says ENTER HERE...go in that door and up the steps Haywards Bay is 2nd door on the left. You will receive an access code before you arrive and you use that to enter and to lock the door.

Haywards is a 2 queen bed suite on the 2nd floor of the Stay Suites. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot. We do have a community closet that has other cooking items in it, in case you are needing something else.

After launching by Triggs Resort, you can pick up your guests
off the Ritz dock or the public dock on West Lake.
There is a roof top patio for our guests to enjoy.

This is not a good location for bachelor X parties. There are 12 airbnbs in this building, so you do have neighbors.
There is plenty of parking for trucks, trailers an boats in our south parking lot.

Our vacation cabin is located on the stocked fishing pond at the popular Bridges Bay Resort. Enjoy your own private cabin located on a private drive just off the water of East Lake Okoboji. Everything you need for your stay is provided by us: towels and linens, kitchen ware, gas grill, three bikes, fishing poles and tackle, and peaceful relaxation.

Up to six guests get FREE daily access to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Waterpark and outdoor pools. A short walk from the cabin will get you to the waterpark as well as Bracco, an island themed restaurant and bar with a full menu and all the exotic cocktails that one can imagine and The Waterfront Grill & Café, a year round dining option.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Away from the main, but very close to make it convenience with a short 2 mile walk, hike, drive or ride from everything in the area. I do not have lake access, but there are beaches in the area. There are two bedrooms, one has a single Queen bed, the other has one Queen Bunk and two Twin XL bunks. We highly recommend you bring your bikes and enjoy the Dickinson County Bike Trail. You can get on the trail right in front of our location and head north or south to start your ride around Lake Okoboji. If you are bringing young kids, scooters and wagons are also nice to have.

We have plenty of parking for boats and trailers in our south parking lot. There are 13 steps to get to this apartment.

During the summer, walking is probably your fastest form of transportation in Okoboji. Bring the wagon, scooters and bikes for the kids. We are located right on the bike trail for the Iowa Great Lakes.

Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent pods, garbage bags, small appliances such as a blender, toaster and Keurig one cup coffee maker (K-cups not provided).

Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Dining table seats four and provides direct access to your patio, with gas grill, Firepit (wood not included) outdoor table and six chairs. Living room offers sofa, chair, TV with wireless internet for streaming. Master bedroom presents a king size bed with bathroom across the hall with shower/tub combo, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished.

The upstairs loft offers a queen bed and full-size bed with TV with wireless Internet for streaming, extra blankets are in the closet. Washer and dryer with detergent pods are located in the hallway closet for your stay if needed. With your booking you secure six daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool, more passes can be purchased at the waterpark if needed.

- "This cute 2 bedroom is near boat docks, coffee breakfast cafes, spudnutz (must try potato donuts), nice restaurants, Arnold’s Park, the Emporium, beaches, gas station and a Walmart. The driveway is short but did accommodate a double jetski trailer with pickup next to it. No street parking. 1 pot and 1 pan. No mixing bowls. No washer/dryer. Safe neighborhood for walks and a tiny little yard library is 2 blocks away. "

This is a brand new build (May 2023) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, and living room on the top floor of our home. The 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed, closet and TV. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, an armoire and TV. The living room has a large sectional sofa sleeper, love seat pull out couch and TV. The bathroom has a full-size shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, countertop convection oven, and table with 4 barstools. The covered deck has a grill, patio furniture, and ceiling fan.

The entrance to the rental is in the back of the property. This property has 20 steps to access the rental through a private entrance.

This BRAND NEW condo complex is located directly south of Arnolds Park Amusement Park & Arnolds Park Preservation Plaza, where all the big outdoor concerts happen. Just a stone's throw from all you need for action, you can walk to Scooters, Nektar, The Emporium, and Broadway where Captain's, Nautical, Murphy's, Smokin' Jakes, and more. Trails are easily accessible, as is getting in and out of town from the south/Milford.

Enjoy yourself and time with loved ones in this modern, luxurious, and fun condo that can sleep 8-9. Located directly across from Arnolds Park, you will have easy walking access to all things Boji! You will enjoy direct access into the condo from the side entryway and drop your bags in the foyer.

The dining area seats 8+, and is great for games, hosting guests for meals, or remote work. The kitchen shines here with marbled quartz counters, counter height island with seating, stainless appliances, and a sink that overlooks sunset views. The crockery and cutlery are convivial, with plenty of jovial Rae Dunn ware, Café coffee maker, plus all things wine: Wine Enthusiasts wine fridge, decanter, champagne flutes, and more. Additional kitchen accoutrements include a dual chamber air fryer, chic colorful pots and pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, storage containers, hammered silverware, and all utensils needed for making a full meal. Also off the kitchen is a pantry and a powder room.

On the third floor you will find the laundry area, the main bathroom, main bedroom, plus the primary en suite space. All bathrooms have quartz counters and tile floors. The main bathroom is a tub/shower and offers tower storage cabinetry. The main bedroom features a king bed and a blowup mattress for kiddos, with a walk in closet. On the way to the primary ensuite is a cozy reading nook, great for a short reprieve from the hustle and bustle of vacation. The primary ensuite features its own bathroom and walk in closet. The bathroom offers dual sinks and a tile shower with glass doors. The king beds are outfitted with bamboo KicKee sheets and the mattresses and pillows are plush. Additionally, the sectional couch pulls out to sleep an additional 2-3 people. This condo association is working to install a pool with their second phase, which will only add to the quality time in years to come.
