All main surfaces, linens, and bathrooms are sanitized and cleaned between visitors. We love meeting new people and can’t wait to have you!

This property has easy access to all kinds of activities to make your vacation memorable. King's Pointe Indoor & Outdoor water park is just across the street. Summer activities include an 18 hole mini golf, and if your into the real thing, Sunrise Golf course is a 9 hole, 40 acre course. The club house is located just behind the mini golf. If you are a part of a group that likes to camp but you like the comforts of home, Sunrise camp ground is just down around the corner. You can hang at the campground with your friends and when you've had enough you can retreat back to YOUR BASE CAMP. Traveling with kids? There is a sandy beach and playground just a 3 minute walk to the west. Access to the bike/walking path is just across the street and will take you along the lake and through the city's beautiful park system.

This property is just steps away from fun summer events including: The Star Spangled Spectacular on July 4th which by the way our deck has the best view of the firework as they are shot off right the jetty in front of our view. Another event is the Wood, Wine, and Blues in August.
Your vacation rental is on the 2nd floor, giving way to beautiful views of the lake, light house and sunsets. The 1,000 sq ft back deck is partially shaded and open to the breeze. There is a gas fire pit and plenty of seating. And of course an outside cooking area. The front deck is ideal for conversation and relaxation while you watch the world go by, rain or shine. The roof is partially covered and surrounded by four large knotty pine tree trunks supporting the rim.

The space is OPEN CONCEPT. Once you walk through the entryway you can see all the way through to the front deck. The kitchen has a huge L-shaped island that allows room for the whole gang to gather around. Full kitchen with microwave, stove top and oven, dishwasher and stocked with blender, pizza maker, coffee maker, pots and pans, general spices, utensils, and dishes.

The GREAT room (875 sq ft) has plenty of room to spread out, big screen TV, 4 futons which fold down for beds, sound system and great views of the lake. There is a sliding door out to the front deck. (sleeps 4)

The MASTER SUITE has a king size bed(2), toddler bed(1) and a futon(2). A vanity and changing room connects to the full bathroom. There is a sliding door out to the front deck. Sleeps 4-5. Toddler bed can be moved to any room.

The back bedroom has a full size bed. Sleeps 2.

The BUNK house has 2 sets of bunks. Perfect for the kids! Sleeps 4.

The first bathroom has a double sink vanity that's 6 ft long with USB ports and Blue tooth speaker in the ceiling, toilet and full size shower bath tub.

A second bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and a 6 ft counter with a 6 ft wall mirror and USB ports for multiple people to get ready for the day .

Bedding, towels, and beach towels are supplied.

Don't want to cook? Just 2 doors down you'll find Grand Central Coffee Station. With a menu ranging from coffee to smoothies and salads , sandwiches to frozen yogurt, they have something for everyone.
If your appetite calls for something more, you can walk right across the street to the Regatta Grill Restaurant with lake views and a full bar. Outside seating, weather permitting.

FYI: This property is not a child proof facility for ages 3 and under. This property is not handicap accessible. Property is on second floor, accessed by stairs. This is a SMOKE FREE property. Violation will result in the loss of security deposit.

Historic home with all the modern amenities!

As you enter the house for the1st time, you'll be amazed at the stunning kitchen! The kitchen includes a large center island, double ovens, wine fridge and large pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare large family meals. The dining room has seating for 10+ with a table for 8 in the breakfast porch! (kids table anyone?) The breakfast porch includes lots of windows with beautiful views of the lake, breakfast seating, sectional (queen bed pull out) and 55'' flat screen tv. The main level living room includes a wood burning fireplace, two leather couches and a corner table to play cards, jigsaw puzzle or read.

The second level has 4 bedrooms plus a seating area for reading or quiet time away from the action. :-) We have a king bedroom, two queen rooms and a fantastic kids bedroom with their own 50 & 55" TV's! The kids room includes two sets of bunkbeds, large sofa sleeper, small futon, video game console and air hockey table.

As you make your way up the 3rd level staircase, we added an additional bedroom and bathroom. The family room is an excellent option to hang out to watch moves on the 85” flat screen, play cards, foosball or Ms. Pac-Man.

There are yard games, picnic tables, water toys and more in the tuck under garage. The patio includes a gas grill, stand up refreshment cooler and seating for 8 around patio table. We also have a new firepit perfect for the fall nights. S’mores!

There are two washing machines and a dryer in the basement for guest use including a laundry chute for convenience from the kitchen and 2nd level bedrooms.

Our home has something for everyone and the space to spread out.

There’s lots to do in Storm Lake, including hitting the water park, boating and fishing on our beautiful lake. Our home is in walking distance to the downtown area that includes an ice cream parlor, multiple antique shops, an amazing gift shop and more!

Beautiful, private little beach cottage across the street from the lake. Awesome lake views from the living room and bedroom. Watch the pelicans swim this area all day and night! Full public access and park directly across the street. Toss a fishing line in the water and see if you can catch a big walleye. Enjoy a day at King's Pointe Waterpark or on the bike path riding along the shores of Storm Lake. Space in the yard for a tent or two if you want even more space. Queen bed in the bedroom, queen pullout in the entry and another in the living room, sleep 6. One additional couch could sleep another. There is an eat-in kitchen that seats 3 and a good sized living room. This is suitable for 6 if you plan to spend time outdoors or doing activities, not all staying in the house during the day.

This 1910 fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is at the center of Storm Lake. Located on historic Lake Avenue, it is just two blocks from the lake, walking/bike trail, and 2 beautiful parks. Downtown is within walking distance as well as 5 beautiful churches, King's Pointe Waterpark and beach/park, and Buena Vista University.

An exceptionally clean home full of character with high-speed internet, comfy beds/linens, a new chef's kitchen, large bathrooms, new laundry appliances, and a large front porch with wicker furniture and a swing are waiting for you. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Storm Lake. A couple blocks from the indoor/outdoor year around waterpark. Lakeview from the 3rd floor. Our condo has a master bedroom with on suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a triple - bunk bed. The living room has a couch and a loveseat that has a "hide-a-bed." Plenty of sleeping arrangements for everyone! Our condo is in a secure building where you will be able to access conveniently with key codes and fobs.

Hosts instructions were easy to follow and everything seemed well taken care of, beautiful view of the lake from the condo and close to the waterpark which were our two main things. My kids’ one request was a bunk bed so they got their wish. I do wish there were a small first aid kit somewhere—thankfully, i had a small one in my car for a scrape my kids got while playing. The only other thing i noticed that could be a safety hazard is the fan in the room with the bunk beds, especially since it is a triple bed - if a kid turned on the fan (or even with it off) someone could very easily hit their head. Also, the elevators were broken during our stay which normally wouldn’t be a big deal - but was a little more of an inconvenience this time because my husband has a broken foot, which made those stairs a little more difficult. But, not much to be done about that. Overall, we enjoyed the location and furnishings and we would definitely consider staying again."
