The villa is located in the heart of the Chiberta district, between Ocean Beach (300 meters) and the pine forest. Biarritz or Bayonne are a 10-minute drive away.
You'll enjoy my swimming pool, which is located on my side (a semi-detached villa, not overlooked). The pool is heated from May 1st to October 15th, and swimming is guaranteed regardless of the weather thanks to its removable enclosure and heat pump (unless it breaks down). I respect your privacy and don't swim when you're using it.

You have a separate pedestrian entrance, a separate enclosed garden, and terraces. The spaces are separated by a wooden fence, so you're independent.

You can do almost everything on foot:

The seafront town with good restaurants is a short 25min walk. The local Halles is nice to visit and also has some different food kitchens that you can enjoy there or takeaway. Biarritz and Bayonne are easy to get to for shopping and sight seeing. Lots of good golf courses in the locality. All in all it’s a great base to discover the pays basque. THE VILLA

HACIENDA features 2 living rooms, that alone ! A large first living room with comfortable leather couches welcomes you from the entrance of the villa. There’s another small reading area with a fireplace (in winter by the fire, there’s no better place !), and the second living room with a flat screen TV, a stone fireplace and a pool table ! These spacious living areas are very pleasant and everyone can go about their own business in complete peace of mind ! HACIENDA’s kitchen is fully equipped and features all the equipment and utensils you need to cook like a Michelin’s star chef during your stay. Every single element composing this room makes the kitchen so unique and charming : the vintage American fridge, the wood cabinet, and the beautiful family wooden table. Our favourite thing is the period gas cooker which has been extremely well preserved !

THE BEDROOMS

This holiday rental villa in Anglet includes 7 bedrooms, each more unique than the next. On the first floor accessible by beautiful stairs, you have a first double bedroom with a well-exposed terrace. There is a kids bedroom with twin beds and another double bedroom with a balcony, both rooms share a stone bathroom with toilets and Italian shower. Another double bedroom is available with a bathroom with toilets and bathtub, and finally you have the spacious master bedroom with a beautiful closet, a double bed, a flat screen TV and a bathroom with toilets and shower. In the basement level, right after the gym and the sauna (that’s right!), you have 2 extra double rooms: one of them has an extra single bed.

HOW CONVENIENT

You have space for 5 cars in the property. Enjoy a swimming pool of 13m x 4,5m (heated from June to September). There is also a wooden shack to store your bikes and surfboards. Please be aware that a caretaker lives right next door so you might see her during your holidays. No worries, she’s super nice! ☺

Located in the residential neighbourhood "Chassin" in Anglet, at around only 5 minutes of drive to Biarritz and Anglet's beaches, and 2 km to Biarritz town centre, golfs, and many shops : French bakeries/pastries, tobacconists, groceries, pharmacy,pizzas... You also have Les Halles des 5 Cantons (a farmer market/food court), in the neighbourhood.
This 170m² villa designed by an architect, is welcoming and warm. Very bright and full of light, all the rooms overlook the garden and pool : the 9X4 meters pool is salt treated, heated at 28 Celius degrees (during summer) and secured by an electric shutter. The garden patio is about 120m² with sun lounger and an outdoor lounge to enjoy the sun or have a drink.
You will be able to park your cars safely in the secured garden of the house.
The Barbecue and Plancha grill will even improve your cooking experience to make your dinner parties unforgettable.
