This fully self contained villa nestled 150m from the beach in the Forte Cape View complex has modern finishes with reverse cycle airconditioning and can accommodate up to 7 people. Nilgi Caves, Simmos Ice-creamery, Happs Pottery, Yallingup Beach, Busselton jetty, Cape Naturaliste Light House and Meelup Bay, to name a few, are all within a ten minute drive. Dunsborough shops are a 3 minute walk. Holidaying in the South West is not just for the summer months. Winter, Down South, has so much to offer in experiences it may be difficult to choose eg. chocolate, cheese or fudge factory or visit all three? After a busy day sight-seeing snuggle up on the couch and enjoy the warmth and ambience of an indoor log fire.

Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
