Escape in Style - Spacious & Well Appointed Luxury Villa

From the moment you arrive, you will feel right at home in the quality comforts of Bayside at Middleton.

The interior is tastefully finished with quality floor tiles and curtains throughout, while the reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you comfortable indoors all year round.

Quality country style timber furniture is a feature of this luxury villa, including two queen size and two single beds with warm doonas and comfortable pillows. All rooms have plenty of drawer and hanging space.

The living area has a stunning high ceiling and is furnished with two comfortable 3-seater lounge suites, a large 65" LED smart TV, free Netflix, Wifi and stereo system. There is also a large dining table with seating for six and a well equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave, air fryer and fridge.

Outside is a beautiful courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas barbeque. The courtyard is a perfect place to sit and listen to the waves from the nearby beach and take in the beautiful natural bush outlook.

The deck area at the front of the villa is the perfect place to read a book in the afternoon sun or enjoy some afternoon tea.

For the children, we have a toybox, lounges and LED TV in the bedroom. We also have a fenced courtyard and full size bath in the bathroom. We are situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with access path directly down to the beach.

In case you need it, there is a laundry complete with washing machine and clothes dryer as well as storeroom for your bikes, boogie boards and golf clubs!

Peak Period from: $200.00 - $220.00 per night* (Christmas/New year holiday period) Rates listed based on two people accommodated in same bedroom. Property has 4 beds and can sleep a maximum 6 people.

Extra persons incur additional charges.
Off Peak and Peak period rate is $50.00 per extra person per night.

For guests requesting separate bedrooms and bathrooms expect to pay an additional guest charge of $50/night to cover additional cleaning of bedroom and bathrooms.

Our villa is suitable for the Elderly with a flat driveway and entrance when you arrive to grab rails in both showers and a shower chair for guest use (max weight 100kg). Showers have flat access with no Hob.
