The Self-Contained Villa on the lower level of a double storey home:

It is an immaculate self-contained space with stunning water views across the Port Stephens Peninsula from every room, including the garden with its covered alfresco seating and BBQ areas, all located within a short 1km walk of Bagnall and Dutchies beaches.

The Villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed (can split into singles as required), and one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage and wardrobe space. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is the added benefit of a full laundry for use during your stay. Sliding doors from the lounge/dining room and main bedroom open directly onto your private deck which overlooks the breath-taking peninsula views beyond, where you can dine at the outdoor bar table or relax with your favourite tipple on the outdoor sofa. It’s perfect for a small family, couples, or friends.

If you’re not wanting to cook up a storm in the kitchen using the many portable appliances provided, guests have full access to the large garden area, with outdoor seating, and the Weber gas BBQ, or have your favourite meal delivered and sit back and relax on your private elevated deck taking in the amazing sunsets.
