Seaspray Villa is a private and modern haven that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. North facing, the property is wide and spacious, with plenty of room for you and your family to unwind.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a spa bath with combined shower. There is a fold out sofa bed (double), with trapeze base and inner spring mattress. The villa can sleep 6 people.

There is an undercover car space in close proximity to the villa and it is a flat walk from the car park. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and separate internal laundry. The oversized balcony with water views has plenty of seating for family gatherings. Your guests will love the DVD library that includes new releases and there are also board games, kids toys, beach toys, kids boogie boards and a kid zone with table and chairs.

No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station.

Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit, held in our Trust Account, is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/agent’s discretion.

Peace of Mind: For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. Property Condition: We kindly ask that guests leave the property as they found it. This includes tasks like disposing of rubbish, washing dishes, cleaning the barbecue, and removing excess sand. Failure to meet these standards may result in additional cleaning charges.

Damage Reporting: Should any items be damaged during your stay, we kindly ask that you inform us promptly.

Fireplace Use: Fireplaces are to be used by adults over 25 only. Please ensure fires are extinguished when leaving the premises, and children are supervised around the fireplace. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper use.

Smoking Policy: Smoking indoors is not permitted. If evidence of smoking indoors is found, there may be additional cleaning charges to remove odors.

Small pets (e.g poodles) are welcome. We kindly request details about their breed and age. Pets should remain outdoors, where a sheltered space is provided. Please ensure you clean up after your pets.
