The property boasts 3 bedrooms (1 x King, 1 x Queen, 1 x KS with trundle) plus an open modern kitchen and living space that is tastefully furnished in a modern coastal beach theme. The main living space has reverse cycle air conditioning and bedrooms are kept cool with ceiling fans. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine and coffee plunger for guests to use.
Entertainment is provided with guest wifi, TV, DVD (plus small selection of movies), chrome cast, Bluetooth portable speaker and board games.
Pack everything in the beach cart and spend the day watching the waves and building sandcastles, and then come home to the large outdoor BBQ deck, hammock retreat and fenced back garden for the kids to play.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visiting the area for a Holiday after our eldest son moved close by. House was very clean, spacious and well presented with everything that was needed for comfortable holiday already there. TV reception was average at best but with internet and the smart TV, you could get all the vision that was needed. The weather was perfect and with only a 10 minute walk to the beach, going out was a better option anyway. Local shops included a take away and a Bottle Shop. A large Supermarket was only 10 minutes away by car.If we get a chance, we will stay again."

This three bedroom modern home is only 300 metres walk to beautiful Diamond Beach and backs on pleasant open fields and bushland. It boasts two large living areas with vinyl flooring throughout, perfect for a bigger family who likes their own space. The back deck area is great to enjoy a BBQ after a day at the beach or relaxing in a laid back lifestyle. The bedrooms are all situated on the second floor and the main bedroom has it's own private ensuite.

Linen is provided for your stay, just remember to pack some beach towels. Wi-Fi is also provided so that you can keep everyone entertained and connected.

The garage is big enough for a big car and all your holiday toys. The laundry, on the lower floor, includes a 3rd toilet. Local necessities a short drive away including takeaway, restaurants and a supermarket to feed the family.

- "Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children. We also found alot of local takeaways were closed early in the week - we got caught out with this so plan ahead! The house has so many dvds, books and board games. Some scooters too. The couches were comfortable. Clean and well presented. I would recommend taking your own pillows as whats provided aren't great. It was lovely to listen to the waves of an evening. "

This beautiful property offers 2 bedrooms complete with linen, including bath and pool towels. The main bedroom features a king bed & an ensuite, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The ensuite features a spa bath and shower & the additional bathroom has a shower and toilet. Take pleasure in outdoor BBQs and meal preparation in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a large air fryer. Be sure to take advantage of the laundry amenities like the dryer throughout your visit. For your convenience, we supply basic condiments and also provide shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and toilet paper.
