Two storey absolute beachfront home with timber floors, open living areas, and ocean views. This holiday home has everything for a fabulous holiday! It includes two living areas each with an LCD TV, DVD/CD/Video and stereo amplifier. There is a main balcony upstairs, a sheltered balcony downstairs and two other small balconies. Outdoor settings are included.

There are four bedrooms - the master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bedroom downstairs also has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Additionally there is a double sofa bed in the winter room.

The downstairs three way bathroom includes a large spa bath and shower, separate vanity and separate toilet while the upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.

The fully equipped Caesarstone kitchen has European appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge. The kitchenette downstairs has a microwave and bar fridge. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is a small clothes line outside. In the courtyard there is a gas BBQ, surfboard racks and a heated outdoor shower, which is great after a swim.

Back of property faces ocean, there is beach entry from the enclosed yard - though it is through the sand dunes. This Beach is only patrolled during the summer holidays

Lifeguards and flags everyday we were there from 9am A great, big table for dining and games CONs Early checkout time of 9am Bins are too small for so many people, especially if the last lot filled the recycling bin. - "Sapphire House is lovely - beautifully renovated with plenty of room and luxe toiletries. The kitchen had plenty of provisions and there was no need to bring much extra but food.It's a little bit of a surprise to have no separate bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms (main room with ensuite) and a whole bathroom downstairs for one room. We coped though.The 4th bedroom with two singles isn't entirely suitable for adults either.We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay though. Thank you "

- "We stayed here for 3 nights - 5 adults and one toddler. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, modern and luxurious. All beds were comfy with great pillows. We loved having an ensuite each! The house is located on a really quiet street, walking distance to the beach, however there’s not really anything else around, but that didn’t bother us. However some of the internal doors didn’t close properly, one causing a door handle to fall off, showers didn’t have doors so it was a bit cold and we found the air con temperamental to use - the house was either really hot or really cold. All issues were minor, and we’d choose to stay here again if we visited the area again."

- "Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children. We also found alot of local takeaways were closed early in the week - we got caught out with this so plan ahead! The house has so many dvds, books and board games. Some scooters too. The couches were comfortable. Clean and well presented. I would recommend taking your own pillows as whats provided aren't great. It was lovely to listen to the waves of an evening. "
