We have 10 acres of nature which includes 2 dams and many Eucalypt. Our free range chooks, guinea fowl and ducks, love life around here. Our 2 farm cats- Tinger and Tibbytabs may come out and say hello!. We also host a range of birds including beautiful Rainbow Lorikeets, King Parrots, Galah's, Crimson Rosellas, Owl, Kookaburras and Moor Hens. A small mob of Wallabies, Kangaroos are often seen too. We like to call it our green haven.

All with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet and removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Country Escape," available with 24 hours' notice in advance. As an added note, the tiny home is about 20 to 30 meters away from the main house.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the land host's private residence and the house yard.

Breakfast, Dinner and Grazing board is available at an extra cost, must be pre-arranged with the host 24 hrs before arrival.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 9 mins drive from Taree
- 3 hrs drive from Sydney
- 27 mins drive from Old Bar
- 2 hrs drive from New Castle
- 2 hrs drive from Nelson Bay
- 1 hr drive from Port Macquarie. All is reachable by 4WD.

If you're traveling from Sydney to Wingham, you can take a 3-hour flight to Taree Regional Airport and then take a cab to reach your destination.

By public transport: 5 minutes to the train station; there are taxi services and buses.

NOTE: Pet cleaning fees applied for an additional $20 per pet per stay, Please inform the host that you will bring pet for your stay prior your arrival and the fee payment shall be CASH paid directly to your host

- Telstra has good signal. Optus, Vodafone, 2degrees & Spark have a weak signal.
- Chargrill BBQ and bonfire facilities available
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Smoking is allowed only outside of the Tiny House
- We have cows, sheep, chickens, rabbits, dogs, and pet snakes (in cages).
