The house is tastefully decorated and has a kitchen (with oven and halogen plates), fridge with freezer, microwave, fully automatic washing machine, toilet, shower and bathtub on the ground floor, steam sauna with shower and radio on the first floor, central heating, piano , digital television with satellite, DVD player, and video player (with many films, more than 300). There is also a long dining table that can seat 10 people, and a large corner sofa in the sitting room. A new sauna has been built in the house, with adjustable temperature. There is a wide sofa in the sauna room for relaxing. The house and garden is also very suitable for dogs, the garden is fenced and large (around 3000 square meters). The house has a nice atmosphere.
Recently (2013) a beautiful fireplace has been built in the living room, a beautiful oak staircase has been placed, and a small bar has been created in the kitchen between two pillars.

Many nice walks in the area, and the lovely view of the castle and the surrounding hills from this very quite peaceful spot where a joy. Location of the villa is excellent, only 7 minutes by car to city of Piešťany and 11 minutes to the airport, where the extraordinary summer Grape festival and National Airshow are organized annually. Piešťany is also the famous spa town.

To get an idea of the possibilities: the ski resort of Veľké Ostre (7.7 km) lies at an altitude of 560 to 660 meters and has a length of 800m; the Sports Center of Oščadnica (29 km) is situated at an altitude of 470 to 570 meters and the has slopes of 500 meters; and the Snow Park of Velka Raca (35 km) - the most famous - lies at an altitude of 640 to 1100 meters and contains 1400 m long slopes.
