Ryan is like your best friend he messages every morning via WhatsApp anything you need or advice about the island like trips etc he could not have been more helpful. Ryan booked trips for us and organised a meal to be brought to the villa on our last evening. He made everything perfect! The meal was out of this world his wife prepared everything so well! Such an amazing family so polite, uplifting and aimed to please!! They also arranged a driver called Leki for us if we did not want to drive. The villa has a car, mopeds and motorbikes for you to hire really cheap. We will definitely be back and will use the villa again I would highly recommend. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water in, tough part when you’re mid shower or in the restroom. The AC in our bedroom started leaking and water rushed down to our bed. It’s close to Kamala beach and the market, we called a taxi through Bolt and ordered food through Grab, really nothing in walking distance. The stay was alright, we still enjoyed our time minus a few hiccups with the property. "
