We live upstairs, so you will hear noises from above. We have a dog and he can sometimes be noisy (barking or nails on the floor, as he walks through the house). If we happen to do a load of laundry, you will hear the washing machine draining through the bathtub. The furnace room is next to the bedroom and you will likely hear it cutting in from time to time.

Cozy Corner on Carriage is located in a quiet subdivision just seconds from the highway that is close to some of Corner Brook's gems, such as Blowmidon Cross Country Ski Club, Wayward Spruce, Newfound Sushi and Sugar and Dice. There are amazing walking, running, snowshoeing, and biking options very close for the active guest. However, we also provide workout equipment in the space if the weather isn't ideal. We are also located approximately a 1 minute walk from a neighborhood playground.

Family friendly unit in a beautiful and quiet subdivision with access to a hot tub!

The space
This one bedroom basement suite sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed along with a queen sofa bed.

At the back of the property there is direct access to an ATV/snowmobile trail. Arrangements can be made for trailer and ATV parking at the back of the property upon request!

This quiet little subdivision is just a short drive from the hospital (6km to be exact) and local shopping and restaurants. We are also just a 15 minute drive from Marble Mountain.

We have a new 6 person salt water hot tub. This is NOT reflected in the price as it is optional at an additional charge. The charge will be $50 for 1 hour usage - must be requested and a time slot booked so that we can ensure preparation and privacy for our guests.

The private entrance and parking is located around the back of the property. Please drive carefully as we do have littles who could be playing on the property.
