This space is serene and similar to a hotel room but with an amazing bathroom a separate sleeping area separated only by a wall and a living area .. making it all in one and fluid but larger than any hotel room ; the kitchenette has a sink ; small bar fridge and microwave and an eat in bar plus seating area; toaster kettle and induction plate
The living room has a comfy couch that is almost a long twin and could sleep a teen or older child

Salt Water Joys has its own key lock entry and is at ground level with a view of the water
The entire space is 22 by 24 with the addition of the bathroom ; simple but cozy,
There is wifi bell fibre optic with Ethernet , YouTube and Netflix access and cable.

There is a microwave, mini bar fridge toaster kettle barbacue and small sink faculties

The living and bedroom space is flowing separate but no door rather a hall to the bedroom

Parking for one car ; it’s a quiet spot but there is the possibility of guests upstairs so quiet hours after 10 Pm and before 8 am is appreciated

Take a look at this beautiful one-bedroom efficiency unit located in Marystown, NL. Marystown is located on the Burin Peninsula which is often referred to as "The Boot". Close to shopping, walking trails and the YMCA. Only a 40-minute drive to the ferry to Saint Pierre et Miquelon.
The space
The suite has its own separate entrance for guests privacy. This has a futon that can be pulled out for another guest to sleep. The backyard is nicely landscaped and has a small patio area. Ample parking for vehicles.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to come into the main house to pick up some reading material. Just send me a text.
Other things to note
This unit is on a septic system. Please do not flush sanitary products/paper towels or wipes. They can be placed in a bag provided under the sink and then placed in the regular trash can.
All rooms have their own thermostat for your comfort. The weather changes often during the day. Please adjust the thermostat to a lower setting if heating is no longer required
Bedding for the pull out couch is in the closet beside the bathroom.
Tap water is good to drink along with filling the kettle and coffee maker.
We encourage recycling! In this province we only recycle items that require a deposit when purchasing. This includes soda cans, juice containers, water bottles and alcohol containers. No cardboard/paper/food cans or food containers. These go directly in the garbage. If you garbage can is full, there is a large wheeled green can in front of the garage you can place it in.
