Would back again" - "Very nice hotel" - "When deciding on a holiday destination, I did a lot of research before booking this hotel. And I was not disappointed. We have a great time! Food We were all inclusive. Breakfast options include, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, toast, bread rolls, typical English breakfast items, meats, cheeses and pastries. Lunch and dinner options include salads, fruits, hot freshly cooked food including pizza, fish and meat. An array of desserts/ice cream. Snack bar running throughout the day and two bars to get drinks. We were never disappointed with the food. I have a very fussy child and whilst he ate chips practically every day, he always had something different with them. Facilities Great pool area for kids. Be warned, should you choose to reserve your sunbed with towel, it’s likely they will be removed by staff if you are not on the premises. There an ample beds, you will always get one, just might not be where you want. Playground, football/basketball court. Kids club with lots of activities. My kids are 10 and 6 and had plenty to keep them entertained. Service 20 euros to use the safe which is already in the room. Staff very friendly. Loads of staff everywhere and always cleaning. Area Well placed, not in a very busy area but close enough to walk to shops and the beach. Only downside, long transfer from airport. all adults have to pay a ‘visitors’ tax. Works out to be 9 euros each, not a fortune but I knew nothing about it before arriving. "

- "Very nice place to stay! The beach is breathtaking and extremely beautiful. We rented a cabin and it was fine for us during the 5 days we stayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful although we didnt come over any problems. We were very pleased with our days in Pola Giverola and will most likely come back another year. I just dont understand why the pool was surprisingly cold, the days were very hot but the pool never seemed heatened up. I would also like to wish a little bit more equipped kitchen in the cabin. - "Simply excellent. We booked a full week at the Marconia, staying in a 2 bed with our young child and a friend and found the whole experience wonderful. From the clean, spacious, and elegantly designed rooms to the beautiful pool area with beautiful landscaping and soft jazz - we couldn't have asked for more. The hotel is located in the bustling heart of L'Estartit's old town, which is great for access to the long sandy beach, marina, shops, weekly market and restaurants, however you wouldn't know it from the peace and quiet you experience the minute you enter the building. The rooms were cleaned daily and the AC kept the whole place comfortable whilst the heat raged outside. Cocktails served by the poolside made everything that bit sweeter! The only point to be aware is that the 2 bed flat is open plan,with a mezzanine main bedroom and a single room located off the living room but with no door. This was fine for us but light sleepers may need to check if other flats provide more separation. "

Kitchen has limited utensils and therefore you can't really do much cooking but there is a full size fridge with freezer and microwave and coffee machine. The pool area was great but sunbeds are an issue with people reserving them and there's no one to monitor this. I think often the pool is used by non residents and was really busy during our stay. The strip is the other end of town if it's nightlife you're looking for. The only downsides were the fans were not very strong so we were quite warm staying in august and the pull out sofa was very stiff. That being said, we will definitely consider staying again for the park and restaurant on property!"

Despite the sheer number of guests, especially this enekyjng nightlife, the rooms were quiet when the doors were closed. The kitchen was well supplied enough. For the price point, I cannot complain. This is one of our two apartments located in the heart of Tossa De Mar, close to the beaches, the castle, the central square, the main church and scenic walking routes. At a distance of 200 meters there are two main beaches, one of which is quieter and less crowded. The town's cafes, restaurants and shops are also very close. If you're planning to visit Tossa De Mar, it's hard to find a better location. The apartments are fully equipped for living up to 4 people.
