During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.

We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Important Information:
Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. (Except the day of check out)

Nearby and the location of the building makes it something unique, as it is very close to museums, monuments and the Metro line is three stops from the Puerta del Sol. The Archaeological Museum is very close to the apartment and is 20 minutes walk from the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Museo del Prado.

Ideally Located

The Retiro district takes its name from the vast El Retiro Park, a massive green space just southeast of the city center that dates back to the early 16th century. The surrounding area is stylish and upscale, with a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and fine hotels. The world-famous Prado Museum is located in Retiro, along with the National Museum of Decorative Arts and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, which houses prime examples of European art from the Renaissance to the present. The park itself is likely the biggest draw, however, with hundreds of acres of landscaped paths, a huge lake where visitors can rent boats, the Fountain of the Fallen Angel, and the Puerta de Alcalá triumphal arch. Stepping into the space, guests are greeted by a blended metropolitan-beachy design. Elements of Indonesia are shown through rattan-accent pieces while the vaulted ceilings and industrious columns are reminiscent of Koka’s city roots. The main area offers an array of functions, with a stylish salon complete with designer furnishings to the left and a six-person dining set to the right. Walk further to the right of the space to find the main hallway. The hallway then branches off into three with the first door leading to the kitchen. This two-toned kitchen incorporates a slate color palette with a crisp-white backsplash. Have a coffee at the built-in breakfast bar or cook something grand with the state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. At the far end of the kitchen is a tucked-away ensuite bedroom. A day bed covered in beachy textiles fills the space. The bedroom is complete with an ensuite bathroom containing a walk-in shower.

The Retiro district takes its name from the vast El Retiro Park, a massive green space just southeast of the city center that dates back to the early 16th century. The surrounding area is stylish and upscale, with a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and fine hotels. The world-famous Prado Museum is located in Retiro, along with the National Museum of Decorative Arts and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, which houses prime examples of European art from the Renaissance to the present. 🔴In Spain, the Register of Guests is now mandatory (Royal Decree 933/2021).
Guests will not be confirmed and/or admitted not to send their details before checking in.

After COVID many guests DO not want to touch other people's things.
Please do not leave clothes, towels and other personal items in the bathroom or shower (many guests bring their own toilet kid).
And if you are going to use the shampoo or gel assigned to the guests, please after using it put in the Airbnb closet and leave the shower CLEAN and EMPTY.

After showering usually falls some water ON THE FLOOR, please pass the mop or mop that is in sight. This way we keep the cleanliness and someone can also be prevented from slipping.

It is a gastronomic neighborhood, full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and well connected at public transport level. Crossing the inspiring Retiro you can get to downtown in 25 minutes. We rented 3 different rooms with different prices, in the price of which we include the costs of electricity, water, gas, and cleaning service, which is given once a week. It is a mandatory condition since the house is very large and we find it essential to maintain order and cleanliness.

The space
Nice and quiet apartment in a renovated old house in Madrid. The room is simple and functional, with space for clothes, several outlets, a large window to the courtyard. The bathroom is completely renovated.

The retreat neighborhood is characterized by its residential and commercial character. The Retirement Park is its central lung. Atocha, Méndez Álvaro and Avenida de América train and bus stations are just a few stops away by public transport. In the neighborhood there are many shops, tapas bars, bars for drinks, restaurants. A five-minute walk away is the Goya shopping area and the Exclusive Barrio de Salamanca. On the same street as the apartment there are three supermarkets and the Ibiza market. We have the metro lines of Ibiza, Goya and Sáinz by railing, and many public bus lines.

On the same street there are public (BiciMad) or private bicycle rentals.

Retiro neighborhood is a commercial and residential area. Retiro Park, the biggest park in Madrid, has some tourist sites as the big pondo r the Crystal Palace. Train and bus stations Atocha, Méndez Álvaro and Avenida de América, are all near by public transport. In Retiro neighborhood there are many shops, tapas bars, drik bars and restaurants. Five minutes waking is the
Comercial area “Goya” and the exclusive Salamanca Neighborhood. In my Street there are three supermarkets and Ibiza Food Market. Subway/Undergroud stations Ibiza, Sainz de Baranda and Goya are close by.

There is also bike rental, private or public (BiciMad).

The retreat neighborhood is characterized by its residential and commercial character. The Retirement Park is its central lung. Atocha, Méndez Álvaro and Avenida de América train and bus stations are just a few stops away by public transport. In the neighborhood there are many shops, tapas bars, bars for drinks, restaurants. A five-minute walk away is the Goya shopping area and the Exclusive Barrio de Salamanca. On the same street as the apartment there are three supermarkets and the Ibiza market. Ibiza, Goya, and Sáinz tube lines are close by, and many public bus lines.
To go downtown, you can also walk through the walking retreat (15-20min).

On the same street there are public (BiciMad) or private bicycle rentals.

Cozy and bright room in a duplex apartment in the Retiro neighborhood. It is in a perfect location and close to all the tourist spots in Madrid. Retiro Park is a two-minute walk away and the Wizink Center is 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice and safe, with many cafes and restaurants. Ibiza metro station is a 1-minute walk away and Goya or Ppe de Vergara metro stations are a 5-minute walk away. There are also many bus stops nearby.

The space
Room for 2 people, with a marriage of 1.60m. There are two shared bathrooms next to the room.

Guest access
Use of the living room and the kitchenette, fully equipped, open space located on the ground floor of the duplex. You can also use the pool in the urbanization, open from 12pm to 9pm, and the gymnasium. In addition to the use of the two shared bathrooms next to the room, you can use the downstairs toilet.

The mobile phone number is provided to have permanent contact and thus facilitate any questions or needs you may have during your stay.
