During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.

We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.

Nearby and the location of the building makes it something unique, as it is very close to museums, monuments and the Metro line is three stops from the Puerta del Sol. Ideally Located

The Retiro district takes its name from the vast El Retiro Park, a massive green space just southeast of the city center that dates back to the early 16th century. The surrounding area is stylish and upscale, with a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and fine hotels. The world-famous Prado Museum is located in Retiro, along with the National Museum of Decorative Arts and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, which houses prime examples of European art from the Renaissance to the present.
