The Finca Son Albufera is located on a plot of 2,500 square meters, embedded in a 1,500 square meter, lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden with a lawn around the pool. Various terraces offer the opportunity to sunbathe or retreat to the shade, depending on your needs. A comfortable seating area and plenty of loungers as well as an outdoor bathroom complete the picture. The property is completely protected from view.
The accommodation
The spacious living area with modern and comfortable seating area, satellite TV and wood-burning stove as well as the dining area with 8 seats adjoin the kitchen, which is open to one side and is equipped with all technical amenities. The four double bedrooms and three bathrooms can be reached via a small hallway. Two of the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite, the other two share a large bathroom with double sinks. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. All rooms in the finca are at ground level; there are a few steps in the garden.

Air conditioning (cold/hot) is billed according to consumption, with a €300 deposit.
Heating costs (if required): In November, January, February, and March, an additional €25 per night is charged (paid on site) from December 1st to June 6th. Heating costs included.

Muro was a 5 min drive, but far enough away to have peace and quiet (except for the cockerels!) Highly recommend this for a place to stay One suggestion for the owner. Our cozy house Can Bagot is a characteristic rustic Majorcan house, located in the old part of Llubí. Recently, it has been restored, without losing its original character. The personal and familiar atmosphere makes it a warm place and a good starting point for pleasant walks, days at the beach, excursions or simply a few days of rest. On the ground floor, there is the hall, a living room, dining room and a beautiful garden yard with BBQ. From the hall of the house leads to the upper floor where there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, a library and three double bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms of the house has a full bathroom. In this common natural materials, such as the natural stone façade, skillfully combined with modern furnishings. The house is situated on a 12 000 square meter plot in absolute solitary position without direct neighborhood.
From the slightly elevated lying pool overlooks the original landscape of the island center.
Between pool and house invites a small garden to the sleepy linger under the trees and on the covered terrace is a relaxing drive out the day. However it’s nothing that a little patience and manoeuvring can’t solve. I think younger children may struggle to sleep in the tower bedrooms but ours were very happy to share one of the downstairs bedrooms. I highly recommend a stay and will be looking to stay again."

The private chlorine pool measures 9 x 4 metres, has a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 metres and guarantees you a refreshing swim after a day at the beach or visiting the island. A charming farmhouse with a swimming pool in the heart of the island



This beautiful country house is located 4 kilometres from the town of Sineu, in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 4 people.

It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and capacity for 3 people and a bathroom. The living room and dining room, bright and cosy, invite you to stay. The outdoor area with well-maintained lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. One must not forget the pleasant neighbourhood, the small donkey "Luis" who is always happy with pleasant visitors.

This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed is furnished in a warm rustic style, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. Here we can prepare a cot/crib for you if you come with your baby. The highlight is the en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as it is open to the bedroom. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each do not have air-conditioning, but they have their own style and are distinguished by the wooden headboards. - "We loved everything about the place. We live in Palma so an escape to the country with some friends was amazing. Very tranquil, lots of greenery and the owner was a wonderful host. The house itself is spacious and could comfortably house 4 adults and 4 kids. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor shower. The temperature was quite high during the week we were there (37-39C), and the upper floor does heat up a lot in those conditions. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works well and was able to cool the bedrooms effectively."

The beautiful Villa “Son Blai Petit” is a very special villa and we recommend it for families with children. The little ones will have a space designed for them, a football field or also a small park for them, in addition the villa is very safe for them.



Its exterior is a wonderful place, just entering you will be surrounded by greenery, orange trees, lawn, children’s area, among other things, then at the end of the road you will find the highest house, designed to have wonderful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.

As far as the exterior is concerned, Can Olivera has a small natural grass garden and swimming pool and a fantastic furnished terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

The rural villa ‘Son Rossinyol’ is an oasis of tranquillity and the perfect holiday home for a couple in love or a small family.

Outside, the lovingly designed garden, which shows a great sense of detail, awaits you in the house. A covered terrace next to the house houses a pleasant sitting area with a table and comfortable garden chairs and a dining area, for pleasant outdoor barbecues.

The large terrace invites you to sunbathe on the pleasant sun loungers and then cool off in the 7m x 3m private pool.

The covered terrace leads into the cosy, rustic and tastefully decorated interior of the villa. The living and dining room is open plan and has a dining table with enough space for all visitors, two nice sofas, a Tv corner, and a fireplace to warm up on cold winter days.

The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the space. The walls and tiles match the warm colours of the wooden furniture and the ceiling beams, giving the whole room a cosy atmosphere.

A small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the first bedroom there is a large double bed for a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed for three people, a double bed in the lower part and a single bed in the upper part.

The bedrooms are decorated with charming details and have a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with plenty of space. The bright bathroom with its walk-in shower is modern and functional.

The finca is situated between Llubí and Sineu. Llubí is a small, quiet village, known for its tasty capers, grown in the surrounding fields, with small supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Sineu is a charming and authentic Mallorcan village, with small supermarkets, restaurants and bars and known for its famous agricultural market, which takes place every Wednesday and where you can buy fresh produce and taste the tasty Mallorcan cuisine.

Inca is a 15 minute drive away, known as the city of shoes and leather. The famous beaches of Playas de Muro and Can Picafort are only 20 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy the pleasure of bathing in the Mediterranean Sea on the miles of sandy beaches.

The Space
The house has been rehabilitated preserving the typical Mallorcan character and providing all comforts. It has ceiling fans in all rooms (no air conditioning) and underfloor heating powered by a wood stove.

The 90m2 built are distributed over 2 floors: the ground floor of 75m2 with a large open space housing living room, kitchen and dining room, a bedroom with a Queen bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and trundle bed (90x200) and a bathroom with shower.

In the attic is another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

The house is ideal for up to 5 adults, but can accommodate up to 6 guests if there are children.

The exterior has been preserved as natural as possible, as the property is located in a protected area. It has a pool of 8.70x4.70 M and 1.46 depth. It also has a terrace with pergola and garden in the shade of lush trees.

The outdoor area is designed in an elongated shape and offers plenty of space and a modern factor, a swimming pool with hydromassage (2mx 8.5m), cozy loungers and chill-out furniture. A beautiful little oasis of well-being with calm and charm. Between the house and the pool terrace there is another small terrace with a dining table and chairs to enjoy the warm evenings with the barbecue or a romantic dinner. Beautiful pool lighting and accent lights cast a particularly romantic light. There is also an exterior shower and a toilet.
The interior area of ​​146m² is no less welcoming, quite the opposite. Here, the natural stone walls, modern furniture and absolutely elegant decoration have created a very special living environment. The elegant living room has a large fireplace for the colder seasons, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and “floating” satellite Tv. The open kitchen is directly opposite and is fully equipped and modern. The dining room is decorated with a large glass table and transparent chairs and offers a beautiful and fun atmosphere.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 single bed) All rooms are decorated in a different design with very good taste. O. Llubí is a municipality that belongs to the Es Pla region and is located near the center of Mallorca, 40 kilometers from Palma. The urban nucleus is located between two areas of the town, the Llevant area and the Son Ramis area, the latter dating from the 17th century. Llubí borders the municipalities of Maria de la Salud, Sineu, Inca, Sa Pobla, Muro and Santa Margalida.
Llubí comes from the Romans, formerly it was Castro-lupino, which led to Castell Llubí until today with the name of Llubí. It is speculated that the name "Castro" or "Castillo" originates from the Talayotic town that is fortified with a cyclopean wall.
The history of the municipality begins in the pre-Talayotic and Talayotic times, there are more than 30 sites from these periods. The most famous and best preserved are the talayots dels Racons, from 200 Bc.
The Roman era was an important period in these lands, the Romans settled in the same area where the Talayots are found. There is evidence of remains of coins and inscriptions that demonstrate the Roman occupation. In addition, a small farm has recently been found in Son Mulet, between Maria de la Salud and Llubí.

Wonderful finca with a private pool in the center of Mallorca and capacity for 5 people.

The space
Sa Vinya des Compte is a wonderful finca with private pool in the center of the island.

The finca disposes of everything you need to enjoy the holidays. The property is divided in two floors with one double bedroom located in the ground floor and the last two bedrooms situated in the first floor. One of these two bedrooms has no privacy, because is connected with this living room.

Outside of the property you will find a great garde where there are fruit trees as khakis, cherries or lemons that you could enjoy. You also can find two furnished terrace with a private pool where you can enjoy with your loved ones.

Guest access
Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest.

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. It has a bathroom with shower and separate kitchen. Beautiful landscapes and quiet rural lifestyle combined with the proximity to the best beaches of the island as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollenca, makes this area very attractive for families and nature lovers. The house is situated in the town where you can find all the necessary services for the successful holidays such as supermarkets, restaurants and petrol stations. A car is necessary.

Llubí is a small traditional town in the north-east of Mallorca surrounded by the almond trees. The charming town is known of its windmills and beautiful, old stone houses. Its tranquillity and beautiful landscapes appeals hikers and cyclists. Inca, a popular shopping destination, is situated only 10 km distance from the town. Other traditional towns worth to visit are Costitx and Sineu, both within 8 km of Llubí. The capital Palma de Mallorca is situated 46 km and the airport approx. 35 minutes’ drive distance from the town.

This beautiful house has functional exteriors, including a private chlorine pool, barbecue and a fully equipped spacious terrace with 10 sun loungers. The 9 x 5 metre swimming pool has a depth of between 1 and 1.9 metres. In addition, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The outdoor area is fenced. The house is located in a neighbourhood.

The interiors combine traditional elements with modern commodity. The air conditioned main living-dining room is located in the ground floor and it offers everything you need for tranquil moments with friends and family, watching a film on the smart-Tv or just relaxing on the cosy sofa. There is also another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a Tv (without satellite). The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob is separated from the living room by window.

The house has 5 luminous bedrooms with air acondition, perfect for a good night's rest after days full of activities. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the others are on the first floor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and four with two single beds. The house has 4 en-suite bathrooms with shower and 1 en-ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Additionally, on the ground floor there is one toilet.

A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board can be found from the laundry room in the inner courtyard. The property has a garage for 2 cars and a space to store 10 bicycles.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 Eur per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 Eur per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. The agency will send you the link via email. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out.

This beautiful Mallorcan style house located in Llubí has a private pool and capacity for 8 guests.

The space
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In them you will find a private salt swimming pool with dimensions of 6 m x 3 m and a depth range of between 1.30 and 1.70 m. Around it, there are sun loungers and a Balinese bed where you can relax while getting a tan, a play area for the little ones and, in addition, a furnished terrace equipped with a barbecue that offers you several spaces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house, decorated in a modern and simple style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a living room with fireplace, AC and TV-Sat and a kitchen with dining area equipped with induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there are two of the four bedrooms with radiators (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the remaining bedrooms, both with AC. One has two single beds side by side and access to a furnished terrace with views of the countryside, while the other has a double bed. Also on the upper floor there is a gym and another bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

This accommodation is located in Llubí, a village in the heart of the island that has all the necessary services for an independent stay. Moreover, by strolling through its streets you will be able to get to know the essence of Mallorcan life, as well as enjoy the Balearic gastronomy in one of its restaurants. Due to its centric location, this town is perfect for exploring Mallorca, as there are countless trails and paths that will allow you to discover the Serra de Tramuntana on foot or by bicycle, as well as to visit the idyllic beaches of northern Mallorca such as Playas de Muro, Can Picafort or Son Serra de Marina within a short distance.
