About this accommodation
The Finca Son Albufera is located on a plot of 2,500 square meters, embedded in a 1,500 square meter, lovingly landscaped Mediterranean garden with a lawn around the pool. Various terraces offer the opportunity to sunbathe or retreat to the shade, depending on your needs. A comfortable seating area and plenty of loungers as well as an outdoor bathroom complete the picture. The property is completely protected from view.
The accommodation
The spacious living area with modern and comfortable seating area, satellite TV and wood-burning stove as well as the dining area with 8 seats adjoin the kitchen, which is open to one side and is equipped with all technical amenities. The four double bedrooms and three bathrooms can be reached via a small hallway. Two of the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite, the other two share a large bathroom with double sinks. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. All rooms in the finca are at ground level; there are a few steps in the garden.
Air conditioning (cold/hot) is billed according to consumption, with a €300 deposit.
Heating costs (if required): In November, January, February, and March, an additional €25 per night is charged (paid on site) from December 1st to June 6th. Heating costs included.

- "We had a brilliant time at this fabulous villa. Greatly laid out and had everything we needed. Fresh eggs delivered one day was a nice touch. Muro was a 5 min drive, but far enough away to have peace and quiet (except for the cockerels!) Highly recommend this for a place to stay One suggestion for the owner. Have some more instructions to use things like the tv, which bin for what type of recycling, how to turn on the hot water etc" - "We had an incredible stay at this property. The Finca Can Ramon has been completely restored with great attention to detail a few years ago. In this common natural materials, such as the natural stone façade, skillfully combined with modern furnishings. The house is situated on a 12 000 square meter plot in absolute solitary position without direct neighborhood.
From the slightly elevated lying pool overlooks the original landscape of the island center.
Between pool and house invites a small garden to the sleepy linger under the trees and on the covered terrace is a relaxing drive out the day. From here you get to the ground level house directly into a spacious and cozy living and dining area, the modern and fully equipped kitchen to open occupies half of the floor space. Two doors lead to an airy modern bathroom with an open shower and a romantic bedroom with double bed and clothes drawers each. In the living room, the sofa-bed for a third person can fix up.
Both Sineu with its numerous restaurants, two supermarkets and a train station as well as the smaller Llubí with its lovely church square and an area surrounded by bars can all be reached in just a few minutes by car. Also to the beautiful beaches in the north is not far away and the motorway in Inca offers a more convenient access. The house offers an ideal starting point for recreation and beach holidays.

Our cozy house Can Bagot is a characteristic rustic Majorcan house, located in the old part of Llubí. Recently, it has been restored, without losing its original character. The personal and familiar atmosphere makes it a warm place and a good starting point for pleasant walks, days at the beach, excursions or simply a few days of rest. On the ground floor, there is the hall, a living room, dining room and a beautiful garden yard with BBQ. From the hall of the house leads to the upper floor where there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, a library and three double bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms of the house has a full bathroom. Also one of the bedrooms has a separate living room with sofa bed. In our house we have hosted various writers such as Josep M. During autumn and spring 2 fireplaces offer a cosy, warm ambiance. On the large rooftop terrace and of course from the lookout of the tower you can enjoy an unspoilt view of the village and the Tramuntana Mountains at any time of the day.
The covered veranda invites for extensive siestas and long, cosy nights with local wines.
The Mediterranean front garden with private pool is a marvellous spot to cool down.

However it’s nothing that a little patience and manoeuvring can’t solve. I think younger children may struggle to sleep in the tower bedrooms but ours were very happy to share one of the downstairs bedrooms. I highly recommend a stay and will be looking to stay again."

Welcome to this fabulous country house with private pool in Muro, just 15 km from one of the best beaches on the island. It welcomes 6 guests.
The best family holidays can be enjoyed in this wonderful country house and especially in the outdoor area. The private chlorine pool measures 9 x 4 metres, has a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 metres and guarantees you a refreshing swim after a day at the beach or visiting the island. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the huge and comfortable porch overlooking the mountains. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
Inside, the house is spread over a single floor in a modern style, cosy and full of light. From the porch you enter the huge living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofa while watching TV-sat. There is a second living room with a sofa and another TV. The protagonist of the house is undoubtedly the kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and everything you may need to cook during your holidays, and with a huge and comfortable dining table where you can enjoy your best dishes in the company of your loved ones. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The sleeping area consists of three beautiful bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds, one of them with en suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. We can also provide you with a cot and highchair if you are travelling with your baby. The house has AC with heat pump in all the rooms and the windows are protected from the sun's rays with screen blinds. In the garage, there are tools and hooks for your bicycles in case you wish to make cycling routes in the area.
The house is very close to Muro, where you can find all the services for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is the one of Muro, an incredible and long beach of white sand and turquoise waters, and one of the best of the island, without any doubt. But you can visit other interesting places from the house such as Alcúdia, Pollença or the Tramuntana mountains. If one day you feel like playing golf, the nearest golf course is Pollensa, 16.3 km away.

This beautiful country house is located 4 kilometres from the town of Sineu, in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 4 people.
It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and capacity for 3 people and a bathroom. The living room and dining room, bright and cosy, invite you to stay. The outdoor area with well-maintained lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. One must not forget the pleasant neighbourhood, the small donkey "Luis" who is always happy with pleasant visitors.
During the high season, it is possible that flight noise may increase.

Welcome to this stylish house located in Llubí, a beautiful little town in the middle of the island. It has capacity for 10 people.
The exteriors of the house are very beautiful, highlighting a 9 x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m which is accompanied by 10 sun loungers, 1 fully equipped terrace with table and chairs, and a great barbecue. If what you want is to have a drink with views of the town and the mountains, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours
The 2-story home features a modern style punctuated with wonderful traditional details here and there. The living-dining room is very cozy and offers a sofa, Smart TV, and air conditioning. The house has another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without TV-Sat). The kitchen, with ceramic hob and separated from the living room by a large window, is fully equipped. In the inner courtyard area you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To rest, the house has 5 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 4 with twin beds, all of them equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower, except one that has a bathtub, and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, and the rest are on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Finally, a cot and high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby.
The center of Llubí is 150 meters away, and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, also offering the basic services for an independent stay. Just 20 minutes away by car you can reach Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with their soft white sand beaches and crystal clear and shallow waters, ideal for children. Stylish and quiet house near Inca with private pool and terrace, ideal for 4 people.
This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.
Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed is furnished in a warm rustic style, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. Here we can prepare a cot/crib for you if you come with your baby. The highlight is the en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as it is open to the bedroom. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each do not have air-conditioning, but they have their own style and are distinguished by the wooden headboards. The second bathroom has a shower and serves the rest of the house.
A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the city of Inca with lots of services like restaurants, supermarkets and shops. On Thursday takes place the weekly market. The next sand beach is Can Picafort, in the north of the island. Furthermore, you could visit Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. If you like to practise outdoor sports, we recommend you a visit of the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for hiking and cycling.

This great finca, located on the outskirts of Muro, features a wonderful private pool and fantastic views to the fields and mountains, and it offers a second home to 8 guests.
A beautiful chlorine pool, surrounded by the wooden surface and 6 sun loungers to bask in the sun, is waiting for you. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 0.8 to 1.7 metres and it includes the cold watered integrated jacuzzi for you to relax. By the pool, you will find the thatched roof arbour which is perfect to enjoy a delicious barbecue or a relaxing reading while admiring the panoramic view to the mountains. If it is really hot and you feel like a shower before the swim, you will find a shower outdoors. A little lawn area is the perfect place to have fun with the family little ones. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
A large Mallorcan door and a large window make the living-dining room and the kitchen, united in the same space, a bright and pleasant place. It is absolutely practical as you can cook on the ceramic hob or eat with the family while watching something interesting on the satellite TV. The sofa and an air-conditioning unit, above a beautiful decorative stone fireplace, are good allies for a well-deserved rest after a busy day. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Yet, it's not that far from the main road between Muro & Inca: reaching the highway in Inca only takes about 10 minutes, Palma is only 30 minutes away. The house itself is spacious and could comfortably house 4 adults and 4 kids. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor shower. The temperature was quite high during the week we were there (37-39C), and the upper floor does heat up a lot in those conditions. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works well and was able to cool the bedrooms effectively."

The exteriors are very beautiful thanks to the views and the charm of the gardens. It has a chlorinated high pool of 4.5 m with a uniform depth of 1.20 m, a terrace with four deck-chairs, a barbecue and a furnished porch of 60 m2, where you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.
This 90 m2 house, distributed over one floor, has two bedrooms (one double-bedded and one twin-bedded), equipped with wardrobes and a fan each. A cot is available if needed. There is a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. The living-dining room and the fitted kitchen are very welcoming. In this area you will find a sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, an auxiliary table, satellite TV, a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a gas cooker and all utensils for you to cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Llubí, a charming town, is located just 3.8 km from the house. There you will find the necessary amenities for your stay. Just a 20-minute drive, you will reach the beaches of Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and Formentor, characterised by its soft white sand and crystal clear shallow waters, which are ideal for children. The pool is cleaned every second day and there is four sunbeds with cushions. The kitchen is well equipped and we made dinner several nights. The area is very quiet and private. The beautiful Villa “Son Blai Petit” is a very special villa and we recommend it for families with children. The little ones will have a space designed for them, a football field or also a small park for them, in addition the villa is very safe for them.
Its exterior is a wonderful place, just entering you will be surrounded by greenery, orange trees, lawn, children’s area, among other things, then at the end of the road you will find the highest house, designed to have wonderful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Of course, on the outside next to the pool of 9*4 meters we will find an area of hammocks where you can dry your drops of water lying in the sun.
The outdoor area is thought to detail, thanks to its large space you will find a large covered porch with quality outdoor furniture, a large table that you can dine with family or friends until late, make a barbecue and enjoy a good wine on summer nights, what more can you ask for?
If we go inside the house we will find a joint living room with the Mallorcan rustic style kitchen, it is perfect for making the various meals of the day, and so enjoy to the full the Mediterranean atmosphere. If you want to rest on the comfortable cream sofas with air conditioning, you can do so because the villa is designed both in summer with air conditioning, and in winter with radiators and fireplace.
Inside the ochre and earthy tones dominate the spacious living and dining room, the high quality furniture, some stone walls, all this makes it a unique atmosphere. The same goes for the three bedrooms, good dark wooden furnishings make a pleasant and warm contrast, the large windows make the rooms brighter and nicely decorated.
The bathrooms are practical and large, one of them en suite, providing the necessary privacy and comfort. All rooms are connected by a small hallway.
Not far from the property is one of the best beaches of Muro, you will also like the Bay of Alcudia, which attracts by its beautiful promenade of shops and restaurants.
If you love nature, you can visit the Natural Park of s’Albufera, a great paradise for birds. If you prefer a day of fun and adrenaline, this is guaranteed at the Hidropark del Puerto de Alcúdia, with slides in the large swimming pools.

The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In them you will find a private salt swimming pool with dimensions of 6 m x 3 m and a depth range of between 1.30 and 1.70 m. Around it, there are sun loungers and a Balinese bed where you can relax while getting a tan, a play area for the little ones and, in addition, a furnished terrace equipped with a barbecue that offers you several spaces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the two-storey house, decorated in a modern and simple style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a living room with fireplace, AC and TV-Sat and a kitchen with dining area equipped with induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there are two of the four bedrooms with radiators (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor area is designed in an elongated shape and offers plenty of space and a modern factor, a swimming pool with hydromassage (2mx 8.5m), cozy loungers and chill-out furniture. A beautiful little oasis of well-being with calm and charm. Between the house and the pool terrace there is another small terrace with a dining table and chairs to enjoy the warm evenings with the barbecue or a romantic dinner. Beautiful pool lighting and accent lights cast a particularly romantic light. There is also an exterior shower and a toilet.
The interior area of 146m² is no less welcoming, quite the opposite. Here, the natural stone walls, modern furniture and absolutely elegant decoration have created a very special living environment. The elegant living room has a large fireplace for the colder seasons, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and “floating” satellite Tv. The open kitchen is directly opposite and is fully equipped and modern. The dining room is decorated with a large glass table and transparent chairs and offers a beautiful and fun atmosphere.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 single bed) All rooms are decorated in a different design with very good taste. O. Air conditioning have all. Two showers are also available, so no long wait is required. For the smallest of the house, cots and high chairs are provided. Llubí is a municipality that belongs to the Es Pla region and is located near the center of Mallorca, 40 kilometers from Palma. The urban nucleus is located between two areas of the town, the Llevant area and the Son Ramis area, the latter dating from the 17th century. Llubí borders the municipalities of Maria de la Salud, Sineu, Inca, Sa Pobla, Muro and Santa Margalida.
Llubí comes from the Romans, formerly it was Castro-lupino, which led to Castell Llubí until today with the name of Llubí. It is speculated that the name "Castro" or "Castillo" originates from the Talayotic town that is fortified with a cyclopean wall.
The history of the municipality begins in the pre-Talayotic and Talayotic times, there are more than 30 sites from these periods. The most famous and best preserved are the talayots dels Racons, from 200 Bc.
The Roman era was an important period in these lands, the Romans settled in the same area where the Talayots are found. There is evidence of remains of coins and inscriptions that demonstrate the Roman occupation. In addition, a small farm has recently been found in Son Mulet, between Maria de la Salud and Llubí.

The ground floor has an open living area with fireplace, hot/cold air conditioning and access to the pretty patio-terrace where there is a purpose built dining area, bathroom with shower tray and an open traditional kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and other equipments. There is a German Satellite TV in the living room.
On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, which can be accessed separately via the open gallery. The first one has a double bed, hot/cold air conditioning and a balcony with views to the town, the second spacious bedroom has also a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Llubi is a 15-20 minutes’ drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, fine-grained sand beaches in the north of Majorca. Llubi is a quiet little village with some cafés and a small grocery shop. For more services, supermarkets, gas stations and more restaurants, go to Inca, it’s just a 10 minutes’ drive. The Tramuntana Mountains, in the West of the islands, are not only famous for the villages of Sóller and Valldemossa, but also for its wide range of hiking and cycling routes. A car is recommendable.
This 2-storey house comes with a private, 5 x 3 meter chlorine pool with a depth ranging between 0.9 to 1.1 metres. Start your day with a large breakfast on the terrace or sunbathe in the garden, there are 2 sun loungers and a parasol.
The terrace gives access to the fully-equipped kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher, open to the air conditioned living-dining area. The equipment of the house includes high-speed Wifi, a washing machine and satellite-Tv. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The main bedroom comes with a private bath with shower. Besides, there’s another, separate bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. There’s another air conditioning in the hallway where the bedrooms are. You can park free of charge on the street in front of the house.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 Eur per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 Eur per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The space
You can see this from the moment you step into the tastefully, styled fireplace, as well as the perfectly preserved facade of the 18th Century.
Don't forget relax at the swimming pool. Bedrooms are very spacious with two queen size beds and an en suite bathroom which has a bath and shower unit. The bright and comfortable living room has a sofa. The decor of apartment has been kept tasteful and uncomplicated.
The large and comfortable living room of the apartment encompasses the stylish dining area suitable for up to eight people. The large windows in the living room allow the sunlight to pour into the house creating a lovely relaxed ambiente also with a great terrace in front. The modern look and feel of the living room with fireplace blends easily with the old characteristics that have been preserved, mainly the wonderful wood features throughout the apartment. This area is where the guests of this fantastic luxury house can relax and hang out and listen to music or watch TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons such as cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. You will also find all the comforts of home such as kettle, toaster, juicer and so on to make your visit to Mallorca easy and stress free. The space
The exteriors are very beautiful thanks to the views and the charm of the gardens. It has a chlorinated high pool of 4.5 m with a uniform depth of 1.20 m, a terrace with four deck-chairs, a barbecue and a furnished porch of 60 m2, where you can spend great evenings with your family and friends.
This 90 m2 house, distributed over one floor, has two bedrooms (one double-bedded and one twin-bedded), equipped with wardrobes and a fan each. A cot is available if needed. There is a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. The living-dining room and the fitted kitchen are very welcoming. In this area you will find a sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, an auxiliary table, satellite TV, a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a gas cooker and all utensils for you to cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Llubí, a charming town, is located just 3.8 km from the house. There you will find the necessary amenities for your stay. Just a 20-minute drive, you will reach the beaches of Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and Formentor, characterised by its soft white sand and crystal clear shallow waters, which are ideal for children. There is a wide offer for practising water sports such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. In addition, Port d’Alcúdia has a marina where you can walk around and observe large luxury yachts and a mixture of colourful local fishing boats, and a promenade with beautiful views of the bay and great cafes and restaurants.

The space
Large seating area with cozy sofas invites relaxation. Kitchen is fully equipped and even satellite/cable TV as well as internet is not lacking in their well-deserved vacation.
The outdoor area has a 4 x 7m pool to cool off in the hot summer days and a fantastic and very well-kept garden area, where the sun loungers are already ready for you and invite you to relax. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill and on the balcony there is comfortable garden furniture to relax in.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity consumption is billed at a rate of 0.35€/kW that with normal use, can amount to 45 euros per week.
