This property consists of a charming traditional rural house with capacity for 4 people.

The property is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, on a 14000 m2 estate full of trees, with a swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m) and a 600 m2 garden surrounding the house. It has impressive views of the countryside and the Serra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The sunsets are unforgettable.

It is a traditional 19th century country house renovated in 2007 preserving all its charm. Its interiors are made of stone with beamed ceilings and decorated in a rustic style. It has 3 bedrooms: a double and a single on the ground floor and another double on the loft. It also has a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. Attached to the house there is another bathroom and the laundry room.

Outside there are three areas with a table to choose a different environment for each meal: one in the pool area, another under a north-facing porch and another under a lush pergola next to the barbecue.

It has covered parking for two vehicles, and free Wi-Fi outside and in the house.

On the farm is located the meteorological station that transmits the data of the area to the various weather programs on national television.

This beautiful villa "Son Blai Nou" is located in the northern part of the island Majorca, close to the historical towns of Pollensa, Alcudia, Muro and Sa Pobla. Enjoy a day at the beach with the whole family at one of the beaches of 'Playas de Muro' (only 9km away), which invite you to relax with fine sand and crystal clear water. The sea here is long flat, ideal for families with children.
In just 1km you reach the next village "Muro", where you have various shopping possibilities, bars and cafés. On Sundays you will be on the famous weekly market of Sa Pobla. Here you can get everything your heart desires. On Wednesdays you should definitely try the tapas of the bar "Casa Miss", in the market square between hustle and bustle ... Here in the summer the famous jazz concerts "open air" take place.
Thanks to the excellent location of our villa, many points and beautiful places can be reached very quickly and easily.

The main entrance is typical for Mallorcan finca owners. As soon as you open the big gate, you will find a beautiful garden in the size of a soccer field, typical Mediterranean and well maintained, ideal for playing with your children. The entire property is fenced, which gives you much privacy and security for your children.

A stone path leads you directly to the villa, which is only a few meters above the plot and promises a magnificent view. Even the pretty veranda with its 10-meter-high columns makes the villa look imperial. From here, you can see the stunning pool area. The pool is sloping, so you and your kids will have a safe access, similar to the beach. The sun screens, sun beds and child-out furniture invite you to relax. In addition, you have a large wooden grill available, which is perfect for wonderful barbecue parties. The huge garden with pool area offer very few fincas. The terrace area of ​​the finca has a proud size of 250m².
On the one side of the house is a very large pavilion made of natural wood with a large table, which offers space for the whole family. Directly next to it there is a cute playground with toys for the little ones.

Once entering the villa through the large wooden doorway, you will be impressed by the spacious interior of 200m². Here is the large living room with dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The white designer kitchen offers everything you need in a good working kitchen. The beautiful living room is equipped with a large, white leather sofa, as well as satellite TV and free Wifi internet. In the dining area you will find a large antique wooden table with leather chairs, so you can comfortably enjoy your meals. The entire house is decorated in an antique Mediterranean style and loosened with modern elements. A lot of comfort and harmony.

The house has 4 double bedrooms (3 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds).

There are 3 bathroom, 2 of them 2 en suite. The main bedroom also has a jacuzzi. The other bathrooms en suite have a super modern shower cubicle with hydromassage. The fourth bedroom is located in the attic, directly above the living room.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, to ensure a pleasant stay in colder season. Please note, the attic room does not have air conditioning.

The pretty stone house near Llubí for up to 6 guests stands out especially for its tennis court.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is outside next to the annex. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have a double bed and air conditioning (hot / cold) and share a bathroom with a bathtub. The space
This lovely cottage is perfect for a family holiday or a couple of friends: it has a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the nicely landscaped garden there is a small barbecue house with a dining table where you are sure to spend nice evenings. Another seating area is on the covered terrace. And of course you can cool off to your heart's content in the 4 x 8 m pool and then relax on one of the sun loungers or simply pick up a good book.
You will feel at home here!

Price includes bed linen, towels for the bathroom, water, electricity consumption etc. A deposit of 300 € will be collected cash on arrival.
