(A basic welcome pack could be a possibility for future guests given late arrivals..!? Water/bread cheap bottle of wine etc..) We met Jose and even though my Spanish was about as good as his English he happily showed me around the house & kitchen i got a good understanding of what was where etc (the kitchen is external to the house through a bolted door) he very kindly gave us fresh eggs from his chickens and freshly dug up potatoes all of which were fantastic! The layout of the house suited us very well and we didn’t need for anything, though if the pool was heated we would have used it more than just on the hotter days.. oh and maybe one more sun lounger as there was only two.. Jose thankfully and kindly allowed us to hang around the house way past the check out time on the day of our departure due to having an evening flight back home.. Jose is a real character, he’s full of charm.. thank you!"

Important to note, the 5-person appartment is separated from the terrace by a parking area for 3 cars, which is what you see from inside the place. There is no private veranda to step out into. The terrace is shared with another rental accommodation, which is not necessarily a problem but limits one's freedom. The appartment itself is charming. Unfortunately, however, it is very dark. There are no windows in the kitchen/living room (except a small highly placed window for ventilation) and the main bedroom has only one little window. Because of that, it is also difficlut to air the house."
