A very peaceful location overlooking agricultural land and surrounded by the characteristic Lanzarote low ground vineyards. (make sure you buy food from the airport as most shops are closed early on Sunday evenings, we luckily found one with 15 minutes spare before we would have been left without food or water until the next day..! (A basic welcome pack could be a possibility for future guests given late arrivals..!? Water/bread cheap bottle of wine etc..) We met Jose and even though my Spanish was about as good as his English he happily showed me around the house & kitchen i got a good understanding of what was where etc (the kitchen is external to the house through a bolted door) he very kindly gave us fresh eggs from his chickens and freshly dug up potatoes all of which were fantastic! The layout of the house suited us very well and we didn’t need for anything, though if the pool was heated we would have used it more than just on the hotter days.. oh and maybe one more sun lounger as there was only two.. Jose thankfully and kindly allowed us to hang around the house way past the check out time on the day of our departure due to having an evening flight back home.. Jose is a real character, he’s full of charm.. thank you!"

Important to note, the 5-person appartment is separated from the terrace by a parking area for 3 cars, which is what you see from inside the place. There is no private veranda to step out into. The terrace is shared with another rental accommodation, which is not necessarily a problem but limits one's freedom. The appartment itself is charming. Unfortunately, however, it is very dark. There are no windows in the kitchen/living room (except a small highly placed window for ventilation) and the main bedroom has only one little window. Because of that, it is also difficlut to air the house."

Our Villa El Barranco is on a 19,000 M2 plot, surrounded by palm trees, fields and sounds from the birds and the wind.

The house has an interior gallery that overlooks a patio, as well as exterior windows, which means that the entire villa has natural light. It has 3 double bedrooms of which 2 of them are suites and in the main suite the bathroom is integrated with the room. The second suite, has access from the patio and the room with two single beds is on the top floor, and is the only room on another level. The rest of the house is on the ground floor.

In the gallery, there is a sofa where you can relax and feel the peace of the place while looking at the outdoor patio. In the patio there is a barbecue and outdoor table where you can enjoy your breakfasts and delicious barbecues.
Inside the house, there is a spacious dining room with a sofa ideal for reading and relaxing, along with another small room: The Smart TV room.
Wooden ceilings, irregular stone walls and natural light prevail throughout the house.

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, tea water heater, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. It has an integrated laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, a mini vacuum cleaner and some cleaning products.

Outside you have a fabulous pool heated all year raound. A wooden porch with outdoor furniture where you will enjoy an exclusive space with views of the countryside. There are 4 hammocks available.
You will also find exquisite corners such as the outdoor wooden table where you can have tea while enjoying the Sunset.

The house is prepared with bed linen, shower towels, pool towels and slippers. We will also receive you with a welcome pack that contains: beer, coca cola , juice, water, milk, olives, cookies, salt and pepper, a small bottle of extra virgin olive oil, chips, tea, instant coffee and coffee capsules machine, white and brown sugar. With regard to hygiene and cleanliness, we supply you with: a couple of garbage bags, dishwasher gel, dishwasher tablets, a scourer, dishcloth and kitchen cloths, capsules for the washing machine, soap for the floor. In body hygiene, you will find aloe gel, shampoo and body milk: these products are local and their containers are recyclable.

The whole house has air conditioning (Cold & Warm) . Apart from having mobile electric radiators in the bathrooms,
It has a temperature and humidity control, and a dehumidifier.
The accesses to the house is with smart locks, which makes it easy not to have to carry keys.

The environment
Imagine that you are already in Viila El Barranco. We can go to the north, and visit the Hermitage of Las Nieves, the valley of a thousand Palmeras, Haría. Go up to the village of Ye and visit the Mirador del Río and the Volcán de La Corona. Following the route to Órzola, where you can take the ferry and visit the island of La Graciosa. Furthermore you can follow the route visiting aloe crops and the wonderful jable blanco beaches in the north. Visit Jameos del Agua, and bathe in the natural pools of Punta Mujeres . Enjoy a romantic meal in the fishing village, Arrieta.
For those whose passion is sport, the area is ideal for those who practice cycling, windsurfing, surfing and fishing.

If you decide to go south, the most beautiful town on the island is 5 minutes away by car: La Villa de Teguise. A historic town, with palaces and churches that will take you back in time. Gastronomy and crafts are very present in this place. From Teguise, you can go to the most spectacular beach on the island: Caleta de Famara. Visiting volcanoes such as El Volcán del Cuervo,. The Timanfaya National Park or The Beaches of Papagayo, is only 30 minutes drive by car.

In the town of Los Valles, you can buy one of the best breads in the island. You have the basic services near the house, and there is also a teleclub where you can eat Canarian food.

- "We enjoyed a lot of sun and even used the pool (mid-January), which is solar-heated to about 26C (it might take till lunch-time to heat up). The villa is lovely and high quality: bedroom suites with bathroom, updated furniture, many lounge possibilities, large TV with international channels (e.g. German TV), well equipped kitchen and a small welcome package with drinks and snacks. The large windows towards the center court allows a lot of light to come in - and on sunny days we had breakfast/lunch in the cozy center court. One tiny point that could maybe improved is the stair into the pool: it has only two steps that are very high making it hard to get in/out for not so fit people (the pool depth is 1,60-1,90 m). Check-in (online) and communication with the host We-Love-Tourism was very easy, friendly and helpful. The villa has no direct neighbors (as we love it), and we enjoyed full privacy. I would recommend renting a car to get around - the distances are short (e.g. our two favorite coastal spots Caleta de Famara and Charca de la Novia near Orzola are 13 and 20 min. away, for large grocery shopping Mercadona and Lidl are near the airport about 35 min drive, and lovely Teguise is a few min. away). My favorite close-by restaurants were Pizzeria el Sabio (Pizza Iana!) and Disfutar. In summary, we highly recommend this lovely villa."

Finca Juamar is situated in Tahíche, built on a volcan. The property is formed by the house (Zonzamas); three studios (Fayna, Ico and Tirma) and one separate apartment (Taro, with its own garden). Each unit has got an independent entrance and terrace and the terraces are covered with pergolas.

There is also a swimming-pool and a wash-room to be used by all guests. If there are guests who want to grow plants, they will have a place in the garden to do so.

CHARCO DEL PALO TOWN

Charco del Palo is a small unspoilt nudist village located right on the seashore. There are two natural rock pools one at each end of the village with white sand, there are access steps to get to the pools, there are lots of sunbathing areas surrounded by natural stones.
These natural pools are tidal which fill up daily with fresh, clean water at high tide. The duplex is located less than a few minutes’ walk from one of these natural pools. There is a third bathing area in the cove located between the two natural pools where you can swim in the open sea via a stainless steel step ladder used for getting into the sea, it is also common to see groups of divers enjoying this magnificent area and crystal clear waters.
Charco del Palo, the first official naturist town in the Canary Islands was born in the 70s. Nudism is widely practiced in the whole village, naked access to restaurants and supermarkets is not allowed.

THE ISLAND:

Lanzarote enjoys a good climate all year round, it’s an excellent location for winter sun, and just a 4-hour flight from the UK and Northern Europe. The most famous local attraction is the Timanfaya National Park, where you can see the most amazing volcanic lunar landscape. The island is famous for triathlons, particularly for its international ironman event. The island is a cyclist's paradise for both road and off-road enthusiasts. There are fantastic sports facilities all over the island.
There are many car rental companies on the island and Lanzarote is one of the cheapest places in the world to rent a car. It usually costs around 130 euros per week to rent a car. A deposit is not required and full insurance is included in their rates. There are offices at the airport where cars can be picked up and dropped off, and it is easy to book online.

The villa it is well located for all types of facilities. The house is distributed in one floor, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms, one has 1 double bed and the other one 2 single beds. Full equipped kitchen with a big fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine in a separate room, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and american coffee maker, kettle and all accessories.
Outside, there is sunbeds, a table to have breakfast or dinner and a lovely and private swimming pool.

Free wifi everywhere in the house, TV international channels.
There is no air conditioner, but the house has been prepared with a natural ventilation, so it is fresh in summer too.

The villa, the garden and the swimming pool are available exclusively for our guests.

Other things to note
There is an alarm system in the house that you will have to deactivate upon arrival. The camera can't grab anything when the alarm is off, they only take photos in the case someone black in with the alarm on.

Guests are invited to use the air conditioning while respecting the environment:
- temperature setting between 20 and 25 degrees
- use of the air conditioner only with windows and doors closed and when you are at home

Rules
One or two time per week the swimming pool maintenance service will come to the villa for checking the swimming pool. They have their own gate's key so they are independents.

Swimming pool Rules:
The following Rules and Regulations are for the benefit of all our loyal guests to insure safe and sanitary operation of the pool facility at the Villa.
It is severely forbidden skinny dipping or be naked in the outside area. Having a party is not permitted in or outside the Villa. Under instruction by the public health department, people with the following are not allowed to use the pool:
Filamentous fungus, pyogenic bacteria, skin diseases and other infectious diseases. Persons with high fever, conjunctivitis(pinkeye), laryngitis. Persons in bandages or excessive taping. Children below 12 must be accompanied at all times by a person over 18.
Please be informed that every child will be counted and charged accordingly regardless of usage of the swimming pool or not. Parents have a specific responsibility for the safety of their own children.
Any injuries on the premises will be provided first-aid treatment. However, please acknowledge that the management will not be responsible for further treatment of guests who swim at their own risk (the management of the Villa is not responsible for any injuries or accidents incurred by anyone while using the Villa facilities).
Before going into the pool, please remember to do warm-up exercises for your own safety.
We also ask all our guests to take a shower before using the swimming pool for our sanitary operation. For maximum hygiene, it is mandatory use the cap for entry into the pool.
No food and drink to be consumed on poolside. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited on poolside.
Bathing is not permitted in bad atmospheric conditions, rain, wind, lightning and water temperature below 18 degrees Celsius.
Any dangerous and violent actions (diving, submerging someone, throwing things or persons and other dangerous activities) is not permitted.
Please refrain from wearing any shoes on the swimming premises.
Glasses, sun glasses, accessories are not allowed to be worn inside the swimming pool for safety reasons.
Please be informed that the pool might be temporarily closed due to weather conditions. The use of all electronic devices, including mobile phones & cameras is strictly prohibited for guests.
Smoking into the pool is severely forbidden.
With reference to issues not in the aforementioned, our staff may make requests when necessary. Guests who refuse to follow these rules will be turned away from the villa without a refund. The management and the staff of our company in charge do not respond in any way to any accidents, injuries, or anything that may happen to swimmers for their behaviors attributable to them, especially if in violation of this regulation.

The fantastic sea views to the capital Arrecife and the quiet location in Tías characterize this beautiful holiday villa, which offers plenty of space inside and outside to spend great holidays in Lanzarote.

Located on the slope, the spacious holiday home gives the residents the feeling of being at the top of the village, especially in the large outdoor area with several terrace areas and solar-heated pool.

The space
You are a few minutes drive to the center of the small town of Tias, where there are numerous shopping and restaurants/tapas bars.

The cottage is tastefully and decorative, furnished with beautiful colonial-style wooden furniture. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it offers enough space for up to 6 people. All rooms are on one level.

The master bedroom is furnished with 2 beds and private bathroom with bath and shower. A hairdryer is also provided.

The other two bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a large bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet.

The large living room with dining area invites you to socialize and from the cozy sofa corner you have a great view of the sea.

Wifi, smart TV (German channels) and a stereo system with CD & Bluetooth are available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee machine and many extras (e.g. espresso maker, juicer, toaster, kettle...).

The large outdoor area with the three levels is a real highlight. The shady bast umbrellas and refreshing pool invite you to relax and the covered dining area with stone grill allows for cozy barbecue evenings.
