" - "Beautiful place with lots of character" - "We had a beautiful, characterful one bedroom apartment with a very well-equipped kitchen in an area of the development with its own small pool and three or four other apartments, none of which was occupied during our three-night visit in mid November. When we arrived, there was a welcome pack including everything for a light meal, but the TV signal kept cutting out, and we weren't able to operate the safe (there were no instructions). But having mentioned this in our Expedia check-in review, someone contacted us immediately, and it was sorted out the following morning. One of the owners also later paid a visit to make sure the problems had been ironed out. The property has beautiful flagstone floors, and some walls that are bare stone, so it is difficult to keep dust free, and might be problematic for someone with allergies. Walking to the nearest taverna was tricky in the dark, especially as there was a problem with the village lights. Take a torch or your phone! The second larger pool, in a separate area with several more apartments overlooking it, was lovely, and we made use of it although it was unheated and a bit on the chilly side owing to the time of year. Over all, a lovely and unusual place, and we will definitely return one day. "

- "The house were quaint and traditional. The shower room was awful and there was a rusty nail sticking out the floor which was dangerous. If a little bit of consideration was taken to improve these facilities the accommodation would have been lovely. The shower had a hand shower that you could not stand under and water poured out onto the floor everytime you showered. No cleaning was done as we had to ask for the toilet bins to be emptied every second day. The entrance to the accommodation was up a steep slope which was difficult to climb. If this was mentioned we would not have booked."

- "What an amazing and new place to stay! There is still construction going on but everything was perfect! The only thing I would change is blackout curtains in the bedroom vs the sheer ones that we had. You do need a car to get around, not many taxis are in the area. There are 2 pools, beautiful, clean and big! The coffee shop had really good food and coffee too! Quiet at night which is what we liked. Will def be coming back next year and can’t wait to see it all finished. I had groceries delivered and Uber eats, the mall is only 5 minutes away too if you do want to shop or go to a food court. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the apartment is even right on top of a Starbucks! Many restaurants and shops nearby too, as well as Paphos harbour which is a great place to walk along the sea shore. As for the rest: the apartment is large, clean, modern, the beds are comfortable, the aircon (which in winter works as heating) effective and the shower very nice. There is lots of parking at the back of the apartment, with no charge for guests. I struggle to think of negative aspects about this place because we had such a great time here. There are some minor maintenance points and the safe is rather small. Frankly, if you get the opportunity to book this appartment, do it. You won't regret it and, having been here for two weeks, in my view there is hardly a better location anywhere in Paphos."

- "Me and my girlfriend had a great 1 week stay at the villas. The villa is outside Paphos in a place called Ghoudi (pronounced Goo-oo-d-ee). Around 50 minutes from the airport (Paphos) I recommend using a local taxi company +3579948613 who charge 50 euros and not the taxi hire companies at the airport who charge 85 euros. The villa is nearly 5km from Polis (the nearest town) which you will need to rent a car/hire a taxi to visit (12 euros). There is lots of restaurants and supermarkets here. You are Around 7km from Latchi which is where the nearest beach is and lots of restaurants and activities such as quad biking, boat trips, scuba diving, boat hiral Etc. The kitchen could use more utensils for cooking and perhaps the basics like salt, pepper, olive oil but other than that it is very handy and great to have. Rooms and bathrooms are clean upon arrival and the grounds themselves are kept very well by a lovely lady called Monika. The grounds themselves are split between 5-7 apartments over a communal pool. Again the pool is kept clean, and pool areas are a great sun trap. Being out of the way it is very relaxing and quiet. I also recommend a visit to the nearby juice and sandwich bar just off the main road. The man who runs it is very friendly and provides fresh juice prepared right for you and can not do enough to help you or make sure you are enjoying your stay. Overall the villa is a great quiet retreat for relaxing. I would definitely hire a car when returning!"

This location is ideal for tourist as well as for business travelers. It beats most location because it is close to the airport (15-20 minutes) and the sea. From the terrace you can see the sea. You need a car for this location.

* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
