The Cottages feature 6 rooms, all of them very special. We stayed in the Presidential Suit, which is a renovated and refurbished spacious room in a very old (1901) building. It has a fireplace, a double bed, an armchair set with a coffee-table and a kitchenette. It's also en-suit of course. The ceilings are very high, which makes it difficult to keep the room warm but we managed with both the fireplace and the AC. It actually is going to be an advantage in summer as the room will be cool despite the temperature outside. The area of Meleni Cottage Houses is lovely, with tables, benches, sunbeds, and an outdoor pool. It is situated very close to two churches - one very old - Venetian period - and one newish Byzantine looking one. Guests are offered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast we bought was very good - homemade with all the natural products. We were very happy with our short stay and we are definitely coming back in summer for a longer getaway. "

- "We had a fantastic time staying here, exactly as described, a home from home , everything spotless, bed very comfortable, very quiet neighbourhood, great base to explore the north of Cyprus, great communication from Mary and would definitely recommend if looking for accommodation in north Cyprus" - "We spent one week in April 2023 in Marys house in Northern Cyprus. Everything was perfect. Mary organized the transfer from Larnaca airport to the house and the rental car, too. This was very comfortable, because taking the rental car from the southern part to the northern is a lot of paperwork. If we could give more than 5 stars for the communication, we would do so. The house itself is located approx. 100 meter above the little main road in Bellapais; very quit with a fantastic view on the Med Sea from the roof terrace. Supermarkets are located within 2-3 km. There are so many spots in the house to sit and relax; depending on the daytime and the sun. We went to many different restaurants in Bellapais, our favorite was the Bellapais garden (resevation is highly recommended). The Korineum golf course, which is a 20 minute drive away, is a fantastic spot for golfers nearby. Summary: Fantastic house for a very relaxing short trip. Thank you, Mary!"

The living area with dining set and TV corner is furnished with a corner couch which doubles as twin bed. A top mattress is stored under the seat making it a comfortable bed. The living area has access to WiFi for which tenants will receive the access code after their firm booking.

The water supply has TWO fauchets, one of which supplies water from a private well which also supplies water to the garden shower. This water is of good quality, but not recommended for drinking. A second W/C fauchet supplies water from the public system. This water is potable for cooking etc but using bottled water for drinking is recommended.

The airconditioning units in the bedrooms have time limiting switches which allow tenants to switch them on for periods up to 6 hours, after which they can be Re-set.

This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in Protaras, close to the main strip, beaches and amenities. This is an excellent villa option for families and group of friends who want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, whilst staying in a quiet and relaxing location.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There are patio doors that lead out to the pool and garden area.
There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main bathroom is also on this floor with a bath tub, overhead shower and WC.

Outside, features a large private pool and spacious garden area with barbecue, sunloungers and shaded dining area, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer.

Satellite TV and free WIFI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Overall this is a great villa in a lovely location.

- "We had a great week at this villa. We were a group of 5 and the villa was roomy, clean and comfy. We had everything we needed in the house and having some milk, tea, bread and jam in the fridge for breakfast was a lovely touch, especially as we arrived late at night. The villa was not overlooked by other properties and the location was great. It was in a slightly quieter location which we preferred, but there was a shop next door and a friendly pub about 5 minutes walk away. 5 minutes further were plenty of restaurants , bars and shops. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away. There is also a Lidl about 20 mins walk from the Villa. It was a perfect place for a relaxing stay with the option of nights in or to venture out for an evening out. We would recommend :)"
