However, the apartments are right next to a club with load music EVERY night, and sometimes early in the morning as well. We travelled with young children, so I wish I new about this before booking. The studio is 30 m2 and is located in a new building with elevator and quiet area. It has a sea view with lots-of light, powerful wifi and is less than 1 minute far from beach. The studio is equipped with all the necessary kitchen amenities for the guests to cook.

The studio is in front of 'Tropikal' resort which has a pool, beach and club.
The bus stations to Durres and to other Albanian cities are very close by.

The space
Everything in the studio is brand new. It has 2 sofas which can be arranged as beds and can accommodate more than 2 persons.
It is equipped with all the necessary things such as oven, cooker, refrigerator and kitchen equipment needed for the stay. We will also provide you with sheets, towels, blankets etc.

The inner space comprises a living room with two beds(one double and a single), a kitchen, bathroom with shower.
The outer space has a big balcony where you can relax and feel the vibe of a real near near sea neighborhood

This seafront studio is located on the first line by the sea, just 2 km from the city center and 3 km from the Roman Amphitheatre and the Venetian Tower. The balcony offers a stunning sea view, and the sound of the waves creates a relaxing atmosphere at night. The area is quiet yet vibrant, with plenty of bars and restaurants. A recently renovated promenade nearby is perfect for seaside walks. Ideal for a peaceful stay close to the city and historical sites.

The apartment is part of a villa overlooking the sea. It contains a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is suitable for 3 adults and 1-3 children. Free parking. On the third floor of the villa there is a balcony where you can drink a coffee or spend some pleasant time during your stay in the villa.

Other things to note
You can also use the washing machine on the first floor of the building. (note: since the washing machine is shared, only one wash per day is included in the price, if if you want to use it more, you have to pay a symbolic additional cost of €3 for washing. Also, detergents are not included in the price of the apartment).
