- "It has been the worst experience of my life. The owner was rude and kept brushing me off kept saying that he was going to show everything and he didn’t we constantly had to ask for more clean towels. The beds were very uncomfortable, constantly had to ask for them to come clean the room. We were told they should come every 3 days to clean that didn’t happen when we requested to leave he lied saying he couldn’t because Expedia had the money we contacted Expedia we were told that they couldn't refund us since they already paid the owner it’s up to him. Expedia tried to contact him but he was rude and told them non refundable and hung up on them. He lied was rude and refuse to let us leave or even try to make our stay better. The whole building was in bad condition the bathroom doesn’t have a door the shower head broke, there was mold in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom kept dripping we asked to fix it, didn’t get fixed. The food was very plain our kids never ate their breakfast. The balcony was constantly dirty from people throwing trash. The towel that they gave us had stains and were hard harsh. Our experience was so bad that we left two days early. We felt so uncomfortable the whole time I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone the picture make it look nice. To top it all off there isn’t a private beach if anything the place is across from the beach not even close to it. "

The property is surrounded by our own little garden, we have olive trees, palm trees, peaches, lemon, oranges, apricots, cherries, apples and the traditional grape vines .
There's also a auto parts shop on the premises.

On the same floor, we have a small kitchen (separate from the room)where you can find basic cooking equipment, a microwave and an espresso machine, which you can use on your own, or request our assistance.
The whole outdoor area is monitored by surveillance cameras.

Other things to note
The place is 3 km away from downtown Saranda so in order to have the best time and avoid the heat while walking you have to be traveling by personal car, if you don't have one please consider renting a car or a motorcycle. Traveling by bus is fine but they stop at 8pm.
