There was parking at the property, a swimming pool and the hosts were very friendly. WiFi was good, the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cooking pans etc…and the beds were comfy. Just to be aware of the apartment is about 10-20metres down an unpaved street however the road is still in relatively good condition. This was very near a 5 star but for one thing. Unfortunately the day I stayed there was no hot water for the shower. I stayed at a cloudy and rainy time in May so I expect the solar panels simply didn’t have enough sun to warm the water up. It probably wouldn’t be a problem in the summer but something for the owners to consider how to improve around when there is less sun. Despite this small issue, if the sun is out I’d definitely be happy to stay there again."

The property is filled with plants and fruit trees etc, they may have been entering through a wall. Keep things clean and place food in the refrigerator or you will share your food with the ants. You also must drive to the market, the beach and the center, not far but by foot the property is at the top of some pretty steep hills. The walk is mile or so up or down. The morning it is peaceful and the evening becomes magical from the sunset. You can enjoy the sunrise, the best sunset, the view of the beaches and the entire city. The terrace it is shared and it is furnished with tables and chairs.

My accommodation it is a villa with three floor's. This studio it is located in the best position of the building in the 3rd floor. There is a double bed a small kitchen that you will find all the necessary tools and utensils to cook there is a small bathroom and a balcony which have a spectacular view of sea and islands of Ksamil. We offer free wifi all 24 hours,air conditioning, free parking, hot water quality mattresses and dark curtains for a restful sleep. The balcony door has moscuito nets. On the balcony there is a table, chairs and a clothesline. Tell us if you'll need extra pillow or blanket.

The yard is surrounded by colorful flowers and plants, which makes it a very unique space in addition.

The neighborhood it is really nice and quite suitable for families, the beaches are crystal clear especially in the morning. The public beach it is only 5 minutes walking from the accommodation. A few minutes walking there are quiet and uncrowded beach bars.

We also arrange transport from Tirana airport "Nene Teresa" to Ksamil with a reasonable fee and also from Saranda ferry terminal to Ksamil.

We also can help you rent a car within a reasonable price.

The closest point to reach Ksamil by air is through Corfu airport. Then from you have to take the ferry boat from Corfu port to Saranda port which is a 30 min cruise with the fast ferry and a 90 min cruise with the normal one. A local bus from Saranda to Ksamil is every one hour ( 0.70€/person) or you can take a taxi in the port (10€-15€).
