(I forgot and ended up walking the km, which is a bit hilly, so I wouldn't suggest it if you have a heavy load.)I like the self-service check-in machine, but I wish the time-consuming info like address and passport details could've been filled ahead of time online (maybe they have this option, but I don't recall receiving the info) because I was so hot in the hallway filling this out. Then the machine failed on me, but the staff responded quickly. It probably took about 15 minutes before I could get into my room. The lift was broken at the time, but the staff member who helped me with the key card carried my heavy luggage up two flights. The room is pleasant, spacious, with a nice street view. The kitchenette is compact, but utensils like a wine and a can opener were there, even a small dishwasher. No salt or pepper. The rubbish bin lid was broken off. The pillows were big but rather lumpy, and there was a tear in the duvet cover. I woke up itching with a few rashes, but it could be an allergic reaction to something else(?).  This part is a bit concerning, but overall, I'd stay again if that was the result of something other than what is in the bed."
