- "Sve je bilo odlicno : <3 :nice: :nice:" - "(+) Great location, very nice view from the rooms. Checkin and checkout very smooth. (-) The rooms are not sound-proof at all (you hear every movement in the rooms next door), the towels were very harsh on the skin (like doing a peeling), the mattress is hard, and there were issues with the electricity going out (had to personally go and fix it a couple of times). The host was very available for checkin/checkout but when I wrote to him about the electricity issues, no sign… :("

Apartment is in the peaceful area on the third, top floor of an old stone house right at the seafront. It boasts with a view all over Komiža bay. It is within a 5min walk from the promenade, just above the beach and three excellent restaurants. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room and a bathroom. It is equipped with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer, AC, ceiling fan in bedroom and wi-fi. The possibility of using a double seated kayak comes with renting the apartment.

The space
This apartment is unique because of its location. Being in the peaceful and quiet area right on the seafront, the sound of waves can be heard at all times. The breathtaking view from the apartment stretches over the sea and all the bay of Komiža together with Biševo island, as well as from the promenade to the beach just below of the house. It is bathed in sun during the whole day but protected from it to make it pleasurable having a morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine on the balcony.

The apartment is on the south side of an old stone house, placed on the third, top floor. The entrance is protected from views from all the sides but as you climb up the stairs inside the view opens up through the balcony to all sides. You have the whole apartment with balcony for yourself. There is also a big barbecue in the patio on the ground floor at your disposal, as well as the double seated kayak during your stay.

The apartment surface is 25 m2 plus 15 m2 terrace, located in the hade of trees, a capacity of 2 people. The apartment is a studio-type, fully equipped for your stay, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and secured parking space. BBQ facilities are available, swimming pool. The position of the house guarantees peace and privacy, while at the same time the proximity of all amenities. Only three minute's walk to the beach, and five minutes to the centre.

Room Kod Senke C is located in the attic of an old family house.
The room has its own private entrance. Inside the room there is a bathroom with all small amenities.
In the room itself there is a bed for one person measuring 90+190 cm.
In the space there is also a sink with a faucet, a worktop, a kettle, a coffee machine, toster grill, basic dishes (plates, fork, knife, spoon, glasses...), kitchen linen. and paper napkins.
We have provided you with a beach towel and mat, bed linen, a blanket and an extra pillow.
The entire space has been renovated with love and respect for the old builders and for the "dear guests" who choose to stay in our modest room.
