- "Very comfortable, clean and well maintained apartment close to airport but bit further from city centre and a little off road. Check-in was hassle as though given building number correctly, apartment number was miscommunicated. Luckily i had asked contact number while taking details and so asked taxi driver to call for clarification. For convenience of future visitors, this is just one apartment to hire in a block of apartments and there are many blocks built around golf course. There is noone in attendance, key is left in a key safe by the door with the code communicated a day before arrival. Apartment itself is very comfortable, modern and well equipped. All aplliances worked well. The owners seemed helpful and did ask not to hesitate if needed anything though when needed a few towels, they chose not to respond. Only a soap is provided in each bath so prepare to buy own shampoo etc. Cleaning fee is collected per stay and asked to leave in keysafe with the key on check out. So basically if one is staying for longer duration, the apartment doesnt get cleaned or any further linen or towels provided. It suits for those living for shorter duration unless one is ready to do laundry and cleansing oneself. Overall, it was a nice stay possibly because i had been to Marrakesh twice before, knew the place and had a taxi company organised before. In my opinion, a little effort in improving communication and looking after guests is all it needs on an otherwise lovely property."

The apartments are spacious and very well equipped with everything you'd require. - "I was there in July 2012. I booked, based on Expedia customer reviews, here is what I experienced from my stay: 1. Bad customer service - When I phoned reception from my room (after struggling to find the correct number, as they wrote the wrong number on the phone), the lady in reception hung the phone up on me, when I tried to call again she wouldn't answer or would put me on hold. In the end I had to walk there from my room to request for help. 2. No Wi-Fi in the rooms - I now realise it does say on expedia that 'available in some public areas', but I booked the hotel last minute and really needed access to stay in contact with family back home. Internet access is only available near the pool area, and when its dark at night with all the lights out there, it's not very welcoming. 3. Unclean room - Although the room was very tidy, the tiled floor in my room was not clean, I did not feel comfortable walking bare foot in the room. There was also a dead spider on my bed when I first arrived and the kitchen cupboards in my room were full of grease marks, making me very uncomfortable to use the kitchen area at all. The toothbrush holder in the bathroom had a dirty cotton bud inside it, so I never put my toothbrush inside it. 4. The Pool area lights go out at night - as mentioned in point 2, the communal area lights are turned off, not as the photo shown on Expedia, leaving you in darkness. Which is unfortunate. Lots of sun light and Windows but not much of privacy and had to close the shades and give up on sun light. Property owner was not very helpful and at times rude. Checkout is standard at noon. She sent the maid at 9:00 ringing door bell and rushing us to leave. Not her fault but seems unprofessional to disturb tenant so early. The property I booked in Expedia was not available for some reason and we end up accepting a different apartment. This is false advertising and I am not happy how it went. Unfortunately due to lack of time accepted the new place unknowingly aware of the noise. Owner collected extra taxes which I already paid to Expedia. This experience was not very pleasant. Especially when the place booked is few kelemoters away from where we wanted to be."

Inside: the livingroom is ok enough, the sleeping rooms are small, same goes for the shower and bathrooms. The floor is usually cold in desember, the shower is used and have sement floor, the water pressure can change several times when showering. It ok to know that u will pay 100 euros for each individual extra. Its pretty noisy because of the traffic outside and u have a view into a demolished building on the other side near a kids school where it can be pretty noisy in the mornings. One night the electricity was gone in the night and it got pretty cold. This was complained about but i was told that it can happen and to move on. I came late the same night but i coluld not enter, the guard had closed the door and was not to be found. I stood around 12 minutes outside without knowing what to do. In the mornings we were told that this is not a big deal and also told that the guard can be fired if we complained and this Will be our fault. As well as this guard had to sit outside the next night making it very awkward. i would not recommend this place to my friends or family. "
