We rented a car and went on trips around the area , discovering beautiful beaches and towns as well as cheap and ridiculously tasty tapas. Sadly, we came back home yesterday and we are in total depression mode. This has been one of our best holidays and will definitely go back!"

The Residential Costa Gadir, is located in a privileged area, the Novo Sancti Petri, at about 600m from one of the best beaches in Spain, the beach of La Barrosa, with its chiringuitos and to which you can arrive by taking a short 5 minute walk from your apartment. It is very close to golf courses, extensive pine forests and a large shopping center with all kinds of shops: restaurants, coffee shops, bazaars, supermarkets, etc.

You can access the beach directly on foot, without the use of the car. You just have to cross the Hotel Valentín and you reach the beach through the dunes. Is really convenient for the children. In the morning to the beach and in the afternoon to the pool!

The apartment has been recently renovated, painting the walls and acquiring new furniture (beds, sofa, television, fridge, tables for the porch ...). It has garden areas and a pool for adults and children, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, 55 ' television set, fiber optic internet (provided by Orange 300MB connection) parking spot and table and chairs for the porch.

It is rented with bedding and towels according to the number of occupants provided and fully equipped for its use.

The deposit is refunded after departure, when we can check that everything was treated well and there where no damages.
