The terrace.- It has about 30 m2, it is very sunny, it has south orientation and the sun gives in it from very early until late afternoon. It is covered with an awning, which can be take off completely or partially at will. In it there is a table and four armchairs with their cushions and loungers, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The terrace, which is protected from the view of neighboring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, eating outdoors, reading in the evenings or enjoying summer nights. From the terrace you can access the roof.

The dining room.- There is a dining table and four chairs, a convertible sofa that converts into a double bed of 135 x 190 cm, an entrance console and a silversmith furniture. It has air conditioning and heating, internet connection by cable and by wifi and satellite television (national and foreign channels).

The master bedroom. - Has a double bed of 135 x 190 cm Two bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. It has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Upon request, a cot can be provided.

Double bedroom.- It has two single beds of 90 x 190 cm Bedside table, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The bathroom.- There is only one bathroom, with a shower, a 135 cm bath, a bidet, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

Chipiona it is located to 54 km. Of Cadiz, the capital of the province. From her, it is acceded to Chipiona by the A-4 (Madrid-Cadiz), until El Puerto de Santa Maria and we will take the A-491 there that will take to Chipiona.
If we come from the north, from Sevilla (to 105 km.) we will take the AP-4 until Jerez de la Frontera and the A-480. Also we can leave the AP-4 in kilometer 44, in the population of Las Cabezas de San Juan and to continue until Chipiona by the A-471 and later the A-480.

How is the area?
The quiet town of Chipiona, is located northwest of the coast of Cadiz, on the Costa de La Luz, just 52 km. Cadiz, the capital of the province is the oldest city in the West (3,000 years).
The origins of Chipiona goes back to Roman times. The most emblematic monument in Chipiona perhaps its lighthouse, which dates from 1867 and is built at Punta del Perro, in the same place where Quinto Servilio Cepión, the tower was built in 140 BC.
We can also see the Shrine of Nuestra Señora de Regla, with its Moorish cloister of the XV century and the image of the Virgin (twelfth or thirteenth century). The Parish of Nuestra Señora de La O (XVI century), the Castle was probably built on another of Arab origin around the year 1295 and the Fisheries Corrales (believed to be Roman).
From Chipiona, you can visit the wineries, the School of Equestrian and the Racing Circuit (in Jerez), the horse racing on the beach (in Sanlúcar de Barrameda), or to the Route of the White Towns in the Sierra de Cadiz, north of the province. The route enters the Grazalema Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve, a must for those who enjoy active tourism and rural tourism.
And not far away, across the river, another natural park, the Doñana Natural Park.
Since Chipiona we can make excursions to Cadiz (52 km), to Seville (105 km), to Jerez de la Frontera (27 Km), to Ronda (150 km), to Malaga (260 km), to Gibraltar (145 km) toTarifa, the Windy City (150 km), to Portugal, Vila Real de Santo Antonio (250 Km), and even to Morocco. To go to Morocco, we will do by road to Algeciras (130 km), then board the ferry to Ceuta (1 hour of trip, 6 crossings daily) or to Tangier (1 hour trip, 40 trips per week). You can ship the car at the Ferry.
In the area of Chipiona you can see and practice a lot of activities, but especially we can enjoy its 12 Km. of magnificent beaches of fine golden sandy, some of them, awarded with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe.

Chipiona is a seaside town that lives by the sea, tourism and the countryside where they grow all kinds of products, emphasizes the cultivation of flowers are exported to all over the world. Good fried fish and seafood can be tasted at any restaurant or bar Chipiona. It´s white sand beaches and rich in iodine are awarded every year with the Blue Flag for Clean Seas Europe. El Santuario de Regla, the Lighthouse and the Parish of Nuestra Señora de la O is the most important monuments.

As the house is in the center of town within walking distance to everywhere, shops, cafes, banks, town hall, tourist office, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the market where you can buy all products of our land, fish, seafood, meat, mixed fruit and plants. In this house you will pass the vacation you always remember.

The aircon in the lounge was a real godsend on a couple of nights but in general the balcony, with view of the harbour, was more than comfortable for dining alfresco. The fountain in the pictures is of a Spanish superstar, Rocio Jurado and it was amazing watching so many people from our balcony who were taking pictures/selfies. Most entertaining! The location is great, 300m from a nice quiet beach (2 sunbeds 12eur/day!),and 500m or so from the main eating/shopping streets. There is a big tide so bathing only really good at high tide. We walked past the lighthouse and another vast beach opened up, much busier, looked much more accessible to bathe at all tide levels. There are small supermarkets in the town but we regularly drove to about 5km to Sanlucar de Barameda where there are much larger ones (Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl). They take Siesta very seriously here; it's not the usual tourist trap so don't expect to do anything between 2 and 5 except eat or drink! Recommend El Toro on the promenade for good staff and daily specials, Sin Bulli for amazing Tapas (worth finding it) and La Tasca where Pepi works, hidden in a beautiful little courtyard square. While there we never actually heard any other English speakers, about 4 Germans and a couple of French. Get here before everyone else finds it - it's very Spanish and all the better for it! Flew in to Seville, about 1hr 20mins easy drive with approx 7.30eur toll on motorway but I think it varies according to time of day. Get in touch with Pepi, you won't regret it."

- "We were met at the Jerez airport by Jolanda, an excellent service and much cheaper than the local Taxi's. The apartment is compact but has everything you require. There is air con ( needed when the temps hit the 40's), the bathroom and shower are excellent. We had a slight problem with the boiler ( our fault ) but Manuel was there straight away to show us where we had gone wrong. The kitchen has everything you need, except if you want to boil water you need to use a saucepan ( no kettle ). The apartment was lovely and clean and decoration superb. The position of the apartment is perfect, just a short walk into the centre, so you do not get any late night noises. Also it its across the road from the Beach and the Port/Marina. We can recommend the Marina for Food and Refreshment( the cheapest ) Also within 30 yards is the La Mar Bar, this is run my Mario and is well worth a visit ( we went most days ) the place is superb with Air Con inside and an outside seating area to watch the sun go down approx 22:00pm Food excellent ( no TV's ). - "The property was very clean and pleasant. Just about perfect size for us our adult son and his wife. Bathroom was good, plenty of good towels and very clean. The shower was small but adequate with good pressure. The location was perfect for Chippiona and the surrounding areas.Two downsides that could easily be remedied. The one but kitchen was woefully supplied with pots and pans. The non-stick coating was flaking of and the one small fry pan where this wasn't the case had a broken handle. The other issue was the pillows on the beds, just a single roll going across the bed very uncomfortable. We purchased two extra pillows for our use and left them there."
