And was about a 15 walk from station. Apartment very easy to find using web maps. We were given info of door codes so entry was easy. Wonderful old building, so much history. Room was fabulous with a split area between kitchen area and bedroom. Great window to view the square below. Within the area there was numerous eateries. Many of these have Flamenco on some late afternoons and evenings. Walk into town took under 10 minutes, some fabulous old streets to wander about and some great old buildings. Property had a fab roof terrace and staff were upbeat. Bed was super comfy and a great shower. Building was beautiful with an amazing personality. Lovely old stone stairs with flowers. Also sitting areas in the square in the ground floor. Would recommend and would visit again. Really enjoyed the cream sherries we tried, just awesome flavours. Cheers 😁😁"

It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. Back indoors, the air-con was great, as was the shower, especially on a cold setting after a day in the heat. The only negative is that the 200 year old sewers could do with an upgrade. Our purchase of a plug-in diffuser helped in that regard. Vivian couldn't have been a better host. She recommended places to visit, booked taxis for us and even placed a bottle of fino in the fridge as part of the 'more than essentials' welome package. "

- "This is a really authentic property; I loved the Andalusian decor which made the apartment cool and the surroundings beautiful- as soon as you come into the courtyard there is a lovely smell of incense and a sense of solitude. During the welcome and presentation, any of the hosts explain the location and how the appliances work.

You can go out to both the Andalusian patio and the bright rooftops, (be careful in full sun hours: water and sun protection).

Maintenance and cleaning are the responsibility of both hosts and guests (therefore, it is only paid for once). We continue to apply the COVID protocol.

Other things to note
We have very good neighbors. The building's inner courtyards are very peaceful. It has surveillance cameras and fire service in common areas.

In the apartment, the floor is made of wood (except for the kitchen and bathroom); it is appreciated that you take care of it by resting and avoiding heels at home. At the entrance, there is a mat to clean the soles of your shoes or leave your shoes to one side of the entrance (it is comfortable to walk barefoot or in socks).
